山东省青岛市农业技术推广体系研究

【摘要】：经过改革开放后我国一系列的农村改革发展政策的逐步施行,我国经济发展步入转型升级的关键时期,城镇化快速推进,如何加强农业技术的快速发展和农业技术的合理有效传递已成为值得探究的问题。各种非政府组织社会农业推广机构的蓬勃发展对传统农业推广体系产生了一定程度的冲击,文章以目前迫切希望建立更加行之有效的农业推广体系的山东省青岛市为调查样本,进行了对青岛市现有的农业环境、农业经济状况的分析研究。借鉴美国和日本先进的农业技术推广体系经验,取其精华,对青岛市农业发展状况以及青岛市特色的农业技术推广体系的重点调查研究,指出了青岛市农业技术推广的主体和推广规模以及主要农业技术推广成果。文章以对青岛市农业各个方面现状为调查依据,报告了当前以青岛市为中心的整个青岛市范围内乡镇农村的农业发展现状,对当前地域特色下的农业推广过程中之前存在的遗留问题和新形势下传统农业推广难以满足需求而逐渐显露的问题进行了研究,分析了以上问题产生的原因。并根据原因分析从思路整理、流程分析的基础上提出本人对于青岛市农业推广体系构建的思考和建议。
[Abstract]:With the gradual implementation of a series of rural reform and development policies in China after the reform and opening-up, China's economic development has entered a critical period of transformation and upgrading, and urbanization has been advancing rapidly. How to strengthen the rapid development of agricultural technology and the rational and effective transfer of agricultural technology has become a question worth exploring. The vigorous development of social agricultural extension organizations of various non-governmental organizations has produced a certain degree of impact on the traditional agricultural extension system. The paper takes Qingdao City, Shandong Province, which is eager to establish a more effective agricultural extension system, as the sample of investigation. The present agricultural environment and agricultural economic situation of Qingdao were analyzed and studied. Drawing lessons from the experience of the advanced agricultural technology extension system in the United States and Japan, and taking its essence, this paper focuses on the investigation and research on the agricultural development situation in Qingdao and the agricultural technology extension system with Qingdao characteristics. The main body and scale of agricultural technology extension in Qingdao were pointed out, and the main achievements of agricultural technology extension were also pointed out. Based on the investigation of the present situation of various aspects of agriculture in Qingdao, this paper reports the present situation of agricultural development in the villages and towns within the scope of Qingdao City, which is centered on Qingdao City, and reports the present situation of agricultural development in the villages and towns of Qingdao City. This paper studies the existing problems in the process of agricultural extension under the regional characteristics and the problems that the traditional agricultural extension is difficult to meet the demand in the new situation, and analyzes the reasons for the above problems. According to the reason analysis, the author puts forward my thoughts and suggestions on the construction of agricultural extension system in Qingdao city on the basis of thinking arrangement and process analysis.
