科学地认识农业供给侧结构性改革

【摘要】：基于我国农业发展过程中的深层次矛盾和问题,在反思西方主流经济学框架的基础上,展开农业供给侧结构性改革的理论思考和创新实践。以推动机制创新为切入点,以结构优化为侧重点,着力从供给端入手推动我国农业转型升级,实现农业供需关系的新平衡。这一改革面临我国农业的诸多积累性问题,需要具有变革性和创新性思维,从系统性和多视角出发,深入和全面认识农业供给侧结构性改革,以利于推进农业供给侧结构性改革实践。
[Abstract]:Based on the deep contradictions and problems in the process of agricultural development in China, on the basis of reflecting on the framework of western mainstream economics, the theoretical thinking and innovative practice of agricultural supply-side structural reform are carried out. Taking promoting mechanism innovation as the starting point and focusing on structural optimization, this paper focuses on promoting the transformation and upgrading of agriculture in China from the supply side, so as to realize the new balance between agricultural supply and demand. This reform is faced with many cumulative problems of agriculture in China, which needs to have transformative and innovative thinking, and to have a deep and comprehensive understanding of the supply-side structural reform of agriculture from a systematic and multi-perspective point of view. In order to promote the practice of agricultural supply-side structural reform.
