鹤壁市有机农业发展研究

【摘要】：21世纪的中国经济发展迅速,但中国的经济发展会导致环境破坏和资源浪费。在所有产业中,环境与农业生产密切相关,农业可以保护和改善环境,对环境也有很大的影响。目前,人们认识到,经济发展不能以牺牲环境为代价,世界各国都在积极探讨既能实现发展,又能保护环境的途径,而有机农业是解决这一矛盾的重要途径。因此,要转变农业发展方式,建设生态文明社会。河南省作为以农业为主的大省,即要保持农业快速发展,又要提高农产品质量,保证食品安全。鹤壁市作为河南省的区域性城市,也是农业结构调整先进基地,对于河南省的农业和经济的发展,有机农业起着重要的作用。本文主要研究鹤壁市有机农业的发展并提出相应的对策,对鹤壁市实现可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。本文通过分析鹤壁市有机农业发展的现状与问题,表明鹤壁市有机农业发展取得了一定的成果,但仍存在一些问题,同时研究了鹤壁市有机农业发展模式,得出“公司+农户”模式是目前最适合鹤壁市的;然后学习我国有机农业特色区域和美国、日本有机农业发展的经验,丰富的经验对鹤壁市有机农业的发展来说均有一定的参考价值;最后鉴于以上研究,总结出促进鹤壁市有机农业发展的五项对策。
[Abstract]:China's economy develops rapidly in the 21 st century, but its economic development will lead to environmental damage and waste of resources. In all industries, the environment is closely related to agricultural production, agriculture can protect and improve the environment, but also has a great impact on the environment. At present, people realize that economic development can not be at the expense of the environment, and countries all over the world are actively exploring the ways to achieve development and protect the environment, and organic agriculture is an important way to solve this contradiction. Therefore, it is necessary to change the mode of agricultural development and build an ecological and civilized society. Henan Province, as a major province dominated by agriculture, should maintain the rapid development of agriculture, improve the quality of agricultural products and ensure food safety. Hebi City, as a regional city in Henan Province, is also an advanced base for agricultural structure adjustment, which plays an important role in the development of agriculture and economy in Henan Province. This paper mainly studies the development of organic agriculture in Hebi City and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, which is of great practical significance to the realization of sustainable development in Hebi City. Based on the analysis of the present situation and problems of the development of organic agriculture in Hebi City, this paper shows that the development of organic agriculture in Hebi City has made some achievements, but there are still some problems. At the same time, the development model of organic agriculture in Hebi City is studied, and it is concluded that the "company peasant household" model is the most suitable for Hebi City at present. Then the experience of organic agriculture development in China and the United States and Japan is studied, and the rich experience has certain reference value for the development of organic agriculture in Hebi City. Finally, in view of the above research, five countermeasures to promote the development of organic agriculture in Hebi City are summarized.
