湖南浏阳河饲料公司企业社会责任研究

【摘要】：近年来,与饲料直接或间接相关的污染与中毒事件时有发生,无疑一柄道德的利剑在拷问饲料从业者的良知饲料企业,我们的社会责任何在?在这样一个期盼创建和谐社会的时代,饲料企业如何构建与各利益相关者的和谐关系,如何对自身进行规范和提升,实现企业从发展到健康发展、再到持续成长的过程,是文章研究的基本内容。文章首先通过CSR文献回顾,形成了整文的研究框架,为后面研究浏阳河饲料公司的CSR体系评估提供理论依据。随后根据对企业进行的问卷调查情况,以及不同层级员工进行访谈的内容,对照当地政府推行的企业社会责任评估标准,从用工责任、环境责任、经营责任及公益责任四个方面对公司现行的企业社会责任现状进行研究与分析,发现浏阳河公司在基本责任方面如劳动关系处理、民主管理、员工发展、环保减排、节能管理、诚信经营、产品质量以及公益慈善活动等方面,已做了不少的工作,但存在社会责任意识不强,制度不完善,社会责任实践领先于责任管理等问题。为此提出了浏阳河公司完善和推行企业社会责任的关键是将企业社会责任纳入公司的长远战略目标,建立并完善社会责任管理体系,最后从完善劳动用工制度、改进环保措施、提高经营责任、拓宽公益责任等四个方面分别阐述了具体推进实施步骤。实施浏阳河公司社会责任建设方案,以期完善公司的企业社会责任制度,促进企业和社会的可持续发展;更期望以此促进企业管理转型升级。浏阳河公司社会责任制度改进和推行的案例研究对其它企业社会责任的践行与管理也有启发意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, pollution and poisoning incidents directly or indirectly related to feed have occurred from time to time. There is no doubt that a moral sword is torturing the conscience of feed practitioners. What is our social responsibility? In such an era of looking forward to the establishment of a harmonious society, how to construct a harmonious relationship with various stakeholders, how to standardize and improve themselves, and how to realize the process of enterprise from development to healthy development, and then to sustainable growth, is the basic content of this paper. Firstly, through the review of CSR literature, the research framework of the whole paper is formed, which provides a theoretical basis for the later study of CSR system evaluation of Liuyang River Feed Company. Then, according to the questionnaire survey of enterprises and the contents of interviews with employees at different levels, compared with the evaluation standards of corporate social responsibility implemented by the local government, this paper studies and analyzes the current situation of corporate social responsibility from four aspects: employment responsibility, environmental responsibility, management responsibility and public welfare responsibility. It is found that Liuyang River Company has basic responsibilities such as labor relations treatment, democratic management and employee development. A lot of work has been done in the aspects of environmental protection and emission reduction, energy saving management, good faith management, product quality and public welfare charity activities, but there are some problems, such as weak sense of social responsibility, imperfect system, and the practice of social responsibility is ahead of responsibility management. Therefore, this paper puts forward that the key to perfecting and carrying out corporate social responsibility in Liuyang River Company is to bring corporate social responsibility into the company's long-term strategic goal, to establish and perfect the management system of social responsibility. Finally, the concrete implementation steps are expounded from four aspects: perfecting labor employment system, improving environmental protection measures, improving management responsibility and widening public welfare responsibility. Implement Liuyang River company social responsibility construction plan, in order to improve the company's corporate social responsibility system, promote the sustainable development of enterprises and society, but also hope to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprise management. The case study on the improvement and implementation of Liuyang River's social responsibility system is also instructive to the practice and management of other corporate social responsibility.
