【摘要】：近几年随着改革开放步法的不断加快,改革开放已经进入关键时期——深水期。在"十三五"规划中,政府在经济领域进行宏观调控已经成为规划的重点议题,尤其是在区域经济的发展协调方面。宏观经济管理在区域经济协调发展中所扮演的角色是"指挥官",其所追求的目标是在充分发挥市场经济调节作用的基础上,运用政府宏观经济管理手段来帮助各区域根据自身的发展特点挖掘出本区域的发展潜力,同时协调区域间的经济发展,最终在整体上形成我国经济发展的合力,保证我国"十三五"计划的有效实现,完成社会主义和谐社会的建设目标。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the accelerated pace of reform and opening up, the reform and opening up has entered a critical period - the Deepwater period. In the "13th Five-Year" plan, the government macro-control has become a key issue in the field of economic planning, especially in the coordinated development of regional economy. Macroeconomic management is the "commander" in the coordinated development of regional economy in the role, its goal is to give full play to the regulation of the market economy, the government macroeconomic management means to help the regional mining development potential in the region according to the features of their own development, coordinated regional economic development at the same time, the final formation in the whole of China's economic development efforts to ensure the effective realization of China's "13th Five-Year" plan, to complete the goal of building a socialist harmonious society.
