【摘要】：沿海地区是我国经济发展最活跃的地方,因为港口提供的便利交通运输条件吸引了大量企业驻扎在沿海地区,大量人力和物力资源集聚并带动区域经济发展。沿海港口凭借自身优势吸引大量企业集聚,并形成产业集群,产业链上下游企业间或关联产业的企业之间通过分工合作实现规模经济。论文将港口产业定义为七个典型产业的集合,这些产业包括港口共生的海洋交通运输业和一些大出大进型的沿海临港工业,它们彼此密切关联,其自身又具有产业链长、关联度广的特点,使得港口产业更容易也更需要集群化发展。受金融危机和世界经济一体化程度加深的影响,港口产业面临着日益激烈的国内外生存和竞争压力,为了更好地适应市场需求的变化必须促进港口产业集群化发展,提高港口产业集群化发展的质量。因此,严格界定港口产业、明确港口产业发展现状和问题、考察集聚效应大小等对港口产业集群的发展意义重大。论文的主要内容包括以下几个部分：首先,绪论部分介绍了研究的背景和意义,并对国内外关于产业集聚和集聚效应的研究进行了分类综述。确定论文的研究内容和方法,以及论文的框架。其次论文研究了论文涉及的相关理论,包括对五大港口群、港口产业、产业集群、集聚效应及港口产业集群和港口产业集聚效应的界定；港口产业集聚形成机制和条件等；也介绍了一些后面研究要用到的研究方法,为后续研究做了铺垫。接着论文考察沿海五大港口群港口产业发展的现状,从港口产业发展水平、产业结构素质、集聚度三个角度进行研究和对比分析,并考察了不同港口群间港口产业的相似度。然后运用CES生产函数模型对我国沿海五大港口群的集聚效应指标进行测度和分析。然后,根据以上研究总结五大港口群港口产业集群存在的问题,提出促进我国港口产业集群发展和集聚效应发挥的对策。最后,对论文的研究成果与不足进行了总结,并展望了今后的研究方向。
[Abstract]:China's coastal area is the most active in economic development, because the port to provide convenient transportation conditions to attract a large number of enterprises stationed in coastal areas, a lot of manpower and material resources agglomeration and promote regional economic development. The coastal ports by virtue of their own advantages to attract a large number of enterprises, and the formation of industrial clusters, the industrial chain between the upstream and downstream enterprises or the related industries and enterprises through cooperation to achieve economies of scale. The port industry is defined as seven sets of typical industries, these industries include port symbiotic marine transportation industry and some large coastal port industry into the big type, they are closely related to each other, they also have their own long industrial chain, is highly related features. The port industry is more likely to also need cluster development. Affected by the financial crisis and world economic integration deepening, the port industry to face the day Fierce domestic and foreign competition and survival pressure, in order to better adapt to the change of market demand to promote the port industry cluster development, improve the quality of port industry cluster development. Therefore, the strict definition of port industry, clear port industry development status and problems, study the agglomeration effect size of the significance of the development of the port cluster major. The main content of the thesis includes the following parts: first, the introduction part introduces the background and significance of the study in domestic and abroad about industrial agglomeration and agglomeration effects are categorized and summarized. The research content and the method of determining the thesis, and the framework of this paper. Secondly the paper studies the relevant theories of the involved, including of the five major ports, port industry, industrial cluster, and defines the agglomeration effect of port industry cluster and port industry agglomeration; port industry gathering machine Preparation and conditions; also introduces some research methods behind research to use, paves the way for the subsequent research. Then the paper examines the status of five coastal ports port industry development, from the development level of port industry, the quality of the industrial structure, agglomeration degree of three aspects of research and analysis of the comparison, and the effects of similarity different ports between port industry. Then using the CES production function model to measure and analyze the agglomeration effect index of China's five coastal ports. Then, according to the above research, summarizes the existing five major ports of port industrial cluster, countermeasures are put forward to promote the development of China's port industry cluster and agglomeration effects play. Finally and the research achievements and shortcomings are summarized, and the future research direction.
