【摘要】:以产业区为依托的卫星区域自建设以来得到了高速发展,并成为我国区域发展最活跃的增长点之一。与此同时,地方化和全球化间的博弈,使得以产业区为代表的区域发展成为经济地理学研究领域的热点。学术界对区域发展源动力的探索催生了经济地理学的“关系转向”,强调了经济行为主体的社会关系网络的嵌入性,实现了不同空间尺度下经济行为网络的耦合。上海临港产业区作为上海市重点建设的产业基地之一,对构筑上海新的产业格局具有重要的影响,但目前临港尚处于成型期,加上交通末端等因素的限制,较上海其他发展较为成熟的园区有一定的差距,因此探究其区域发展驱动力是上海临港产业区实现新一轮发展的迫切需求。 本文以关系经济地理学视角下上海临港产业区发展驱动力为主线,借鉴Asheim的知识基础分类方法,构建了区域特殊因子(卫星区域、知识基础、区域发展阶段)与区域驱动力来源的空间尺度间的关系,尝试分析上海临港产业区的发展驱动力。全文涉及文献综述、理论基础、上海临港产业区驱动力空间研究尺度探索、“本地—跨地方”两个层面下上海临港产业区驱动力分析这四大板块内容。 首先,本文梳理了区域发展驱动力的最新国内外文献,论述了在知识经济日趋多元化、复杂化的背景下,以新区域主义、全球生产网络为代表的传统区域发展理论的局限性。其次,在理论综述方面,本文基于关系经济地理学分别探析了知识的“关系资产”特性、关系视角下的尺度重组、产业集群维度(产业集群结构分析的新视角)、本地交流和全球通道四个方面。再次,在理论研究基础上本文开展了对上海临港产业区的实证性探究,通过上海临港产业区经济发展基本情况、综合评价指数、空间布局特征、定位与发展方向四个方面描述了上海临港产业区的基本概况,为论文后续研究尺度的探索提供了现实依据。并在此基础上,通过分析上海临港产业区区域特性、知识基础特性、发展阶段特性,界定了上海临港产业区发展驱动力来源的空间尺度集中于上海市域范围。最后,本文基于关系经济地理视角,从临港产业区行为主体构成、临港产业集群维度分析、“本地—跨本地”网络探究了上海临港产业区发展驱动力,研究发现上海临港的主要驱动力聚焦于与上海市域范围内的相互作用。此外,该部分通过上海临港产业区跨地方网络的互动分析、专利合作网络、区域经济联系量模拟直观地表现了目前上海临港产业区发展驱动力特征。 本文研究发现:从专利合作网络看,上海临港产业区的外部合作网络初步发育,区域空间尺度聚焦于上海市;且衍生型企业和母公司的联系相对紧密,但企业间、研究机构与企业合作范围较窄,尚未形成三元闭包网络。从基于引力模型的区域经济联系量的模拟来看,上海临港产业区与上海市其他装备制造业产业区的区域经济联系量的空间分布与浦东新区“十二五”规划滨江沿海发展带、中部发展带(沪港发展轴)布局基本一致,表现出集中于近郊区,聚焦于浦东新区的市域空间特征。尽管上海临港产业区形成了以与上海市域范围联系的外部联系通道,但主要表现为上海市对临港产业区注入式的单向联系,部分企业依托强大的母公司发展了“生产者—使用者”垂直维度,但与密集式网络状结构尚存在较大的距离。因此,如何实现跨区域通道的网络多元化构建,并接轨于装备制造业发达的长三角地区并构建临港产业区内部的技术守门员,实现外部知识基础在临港产业区的内部转化和积累,是上海临港产业区驱动力突破的重要方向。
[Abstract]:The satellite to rely on the regional industrial zone has been developing rapidly since the construction of China's regional development, and become one of the most active growth. At the same time, the game between localization and globalization, makes the industrial district as the representative of the regional development has become a research hotspot. In the field of economic geography in academic circles on the regional development source power the exploration of the relationship between "economic geography gave birth to", emphasizes the social network embeddedness of economic behavior, the coupled network economic behavior under different spatial scales. Shanghai port industrial zone as one of the key construction industry base in Shanghai City, has an important influence on the construction of a new pattern of industry in Shanghai, but at present, the port is still in the forming stage, plus the end of traffic and other factors, other than Shanghai more mature development of the park there is a certain gap, so to explore the area of hair Drive drive is an urgent need to achieve a new round of development in Shanghai's port industrial area.
Based on the relationship between economic geography from the perspective of the development of Shanghai port industrial zone as the main driving force, use knowledge based classification method of Asheim, constructs the region specific factor (satellite area, knowledge base, regional development stage) relationship between the spatial scale and the driving force of regional sources of the attempt to analysis of the development of Shanghai port industrial zone of the driving force. The paper relates to the literature review, the theoretical basis, to explore the driving force of the space scale of Shanghai Lingang industrial area, "the local translocal" driving force from two levels of Shanghai Lingang Industrial Area Analysis of these four sections of content.
First, this paper analyzes the regional development driving force of the latest domestic and foreign literature, discusses the knowledge economy has become increasingly diversified, complex background, new regionalism, the limitations of the traditional regional development theory as the representative of the global production network. Secondly, in the theory aspect, this paper based on the analysis of the relationship between economic geography. The relationship between "knowledge assets" characteristics, scale reorganization from the perspective of the relationship of the industrial cluster dimensions (a new angle to analyze the structure of industrial clusters), four aspects of local and global communication channel. Again, in the theoretical research on the basis of this paper carried out the empirical study on Shanghai Port Industrial Zone, the economy of Shanghai Lingang industrial area the development of the basic situation, the comprehensive evaluation index, spatial distribution, four aspects and development orientation describes the basic situation of Shanghai Port Industrial Zone, continued exploration and research for the scale To provide a realistic basis. And on this basis, through the analysis of Shanghai Lingang industrial area regional characteristics, characteristics of knowledge base, development stage characteristics, defines the spatial scale development of Shanghai Lingang industrial area driving force source concentrated in the Shanghai City area. Finally, the relationship between economic geography perspective, from the composition of Lingang Industrial Area actors analysis of port industry cluster dimensions, "local development across the local network of Shanghai Lingang industrial area driving force, the study found that Shanghai port of the main driving force to focus on the interaction with the Shanghai city scope. In addition, this part analyzes the interaction across the local network through the Shanghai port Industrial Zone, patent cooperation network, simulation regional economic contact directly shows the current development of Shanghai Lingang industrial area driving force characteristics.
This study found that: from the patent cooperation network, Shanghai port industrial zone outside cooperation network preliminary development, focusing on the regional spatial scale in Shanghai city; and the derivative of enterprises and contact the parent company is relatively close, but the scope of cooperation between enterprises, research institutions and enterprises is relatively narrow, has not yet formed three yuan from the closure of network. Based on the simulation regional economic contact gravity model of Shanghai port industrial zone of Shanghai city and other equipment manufacturing industry with regional economic contact and the spatial distribution of Pudong New Area "12th Five-Year" planning of Binjiang Coastal Development Zone, the Central Development Zone (Shanghai and Hong Kong Development axis) layout is basically the same, showing concentrated in the suburbs of the city the spatial characteristics of focusing on Pudong New Area. Although Shanghai port industrial zone has formed external connections to Shanghai City area and contact, but mainly for the city of Shanghai port industry Injection type one-way links, some enterprises rely on the strong development of the parent company and the producer - users "vertical dimension, but with intensive network structure is still a large distance. Therefore, how to achieve cross regional network channel diversification, and integration in the equipment manufacturing industry in the developed Yangtze River Delta region and the construction technology of internal goalkeeper Lingang industrial area, the realization of the external knowledge base in the port industrial zone internal transformation and accumulation, is an important direction of Shanghai Lingang industrial area driving force breakthrough.
