【摘要】：区域中心城市是一个区域综合竞争能力的重要体现，是推进区域城市化、城市现代化的战略重点，也是实现区域经济社会又好又快发展的关键所在。构建中心城市已经成为许多省份发展区域经济以及推进城市化的有效手段。晋陕豫黄河金三角地区是中华民族的发祥地之一，交通区位条件优越，地处我国中西部结合带，是华北、西北、中原三大经济板块结合部，处在陇海经济带中段，在全国大流通中起着承东启西、沟通南北的作用。三门峡作为该区域重要的工业城市，，其特殊的地理区位、经济实力、资源禀赋等内在素质使其具备成为区域性中心城市的条件。同时，三门峡区域性中心城市的构建，不仅对自身发展有利，更能带动整个黄河金三角的发展，对区域发展有着十分重要的意义。本文的主体主要分为四个部分。第一部分，首先概括了国内外区域性中心城市的研究情况并简要评述，并根据区域性中心城市的一般理论，明确了区域性中心城市的基本内涵及中心城市的基本特点，对区域性中心城市的功能、功能发挥的机理及辨别标准进行分析。第二部分，利用首位度评价、实证分析、归纳总结等方法展开横向比较，将三门峡置于整个黄河金三角城市体系中进行优劣势分析，得出三门峡综合发展较为平衡、城市首位度较强、具有区位优势，同时在城市规模、产业结构、科技研发方面具有相对劣势。第三部分，对黄河金三角区域各城市关联度进行分析，得出要加大承接产业转移力度、深化区域合作等建议。第四部分，在上述探讨、研究的基础上，提出了三门峡构建黄河金三角区域性中心城市的总体思路和具体对策。论文最后为结论部分，对全文的内容进行了简要的总结，并指出了论文的不足之处及需要进一步研究的问题。
[Abstract]:Regional central city is an important embodiment of a regional comprehensive competitiveness, is the strategic focus to promote regional urbanization and urban modernization. The construction of central city has become an effective means for many provinces to develop regional economy and promote urbanization. The Golden Triangle of the Yellow River in Shanxi, Shaanxi and Henan is the Chinese nation. One of the birthplaces. The traffic location condition is advantageous, is located in our country central and western region union belt, is north China, northwest, the central plain three big economic plates union, is located in the Longhai economic belt middle section, in the national big circulation plays the east to open the west. As an important industrial city in this region, Sanmenxia has special geographical location, economic strength, resource endowment and other internal qualities to make it a regional central city. At the same time. The construction of the regional central city of Sanmenxia is not only beneficial to its own development, but also to the development of the whole Yellow River Golden Triangle, which is of great significance to the regional development. The main body of this paper is divided into four parts. The first part summarizes the domestic and foreign regional central cities research situation and a brief review and according to the general theory of regional central cities. The basic connotation of regional central city and the basic characteristics of central city are clarified. The function, mechanism and distinguishing standard of regional central city are analyzed. The second part, using the first degree of evaluation. Empirical analysis, summing up and other methods to carry out horizontal comparison, put Sanmenxia in the whole Yellow River Golden Triangle city system to analyze the advantages and disadvantages, draw the Sanmenxia comprehensive development is more balanced, the first degree of the city is stronger. At the same time, there are relative disadvantages in urban scale, industrial structure, R & D of science and technology. The third part analyzes the correlation degree of each city in the Yellow River Golden Triangle region. In part 4th, it is concluded that we should increase the intensity of undertaking industrial transfer, deepen regional cooperation, etc., on the basis of the above discussion and research. This paper puts forward the general idea and concrete countermeasures of constructing the regional central city of the Yellow River Golden Triangle. In the last part of the thesis, the author summarizes the content of the thesis, and points out the deficiency of the paper and the problems that need further study.
