【摘要】:本世纪中叶天然气将成为驱动全球经济发展所需能源的三驾马车之一。近十多年来我国天然气利用已取得了显著的进步,但与世界平均水平相比仍有较大的差距,这既是挑战也是机遇。随着经济实力的增强和城镇化率的提高,我国已从过去的城市燃气发展到了当前的城镇燃气,今后必将朝着全民气化的方向发展。在这一进程中,城市的天然气输配管网不断向外扩张、联络、交结,覆盖城市群的天然气管道网络悄然而生,呈持续发展之势。针对这一前沿现象,本文开展了城市群天然气管网规划设计理论的研究。首先,在归纳国内外天然气管网建设、特别是我国近年来出现的类似城市群天然气管网建设的尝试或规划成果的基础上,将隐约可见的城市群天然气管网现象抽象为天然气区域管网这一新的工程概念,描述了天然气区域管网的功能和构成,分析了天然气区域管网的各种特性,明确了天然气区域管网在天然气管网链中的位置和界限范围,探讨了天然气区域管网的形成机理。其次,提出天然气区域管网的规划设计应建立起适应于其持续发展的规划设计体系。这个体系有三个方面的特征,一是我国现有天然气管道的两类规划设计体系的综合;二是具有现代体系的三个层次,即遵从国家和地方法规的法律体系层次,以建设行政管理体系为主的纵向行政体系层次,由政府规划和企业设计共同构成的规划设计工作体系层次;三是具有符合天然气区域管网特性的规划设计理论体系。第三,构建了天然气区域管网的规划理论,主要有:适用于测算区域供气规模的预测模型和方法;复杂多变的管网结构规划形式;以重要节点连线法、汇流法和中点法为代表的管网布局规划方法;包括超高压(6.0MPa)在内的多压力级别和多压力级制规划模式;多气源、调峰储气等规划和布局原则等。认为天然气区域管网规划目标的决策应重视天然气区域管网具有的区域能源基础设施的功能价值,应有利于充分发挥其促进区域经济发展和促进城乡资源共享的功能及作用。第四,探索了天然气区域管网的设计理论,主要有:基于三大定律的天然气管道流动理论;基于不同应用条件的强度理论;基于本质安全等各要素的安全理论;基于多因素和多目标的管道设计优化理论等。分析了输气管道和配气管道的个性特征,提出了用输送效率来划分输气管道和配气管道的共性判则。进一步总结出天然气区域管道分别具有输、储、配功能时对应的三种流动工况特性;推导了管道实际流动工况与设计流动工况对比的、有多种影响因子耦合的无因次方程,以此计算并分析了多种影响因子变化的耦合作用对设计流动工况的影响程度。第五,探究了天然气区域管道的流动特性。提出了势能因子的概念,推导出有势能因子的天然气非水平管道流动基本方程、实用方程和工程计算公式,它不仅适用于天然气区域管道,也适用于压力不超过6.0MPa的天然气输气管道和城镇天然气管道,而且它这一个公式可以替代既有的非水平管道和水平管道的两个公式,使用方便。最后,对普遍存在的天然气区域管道储气能力进行了研究。提出了流动管道储留比、流动管道储气效能和储气效率等概念和定义,以第一、二工况的管道储留比为特征参数,给出了第一、二工况流动管道储气效能和储气效率数学表达式,进一步将第一、二工况的组合扩展为第三工况,得到第三工况的数学表达式;论证了各压力级别以及相邻压力级别组合为一级的流动管道具有的最大储气效能和最大储气效率;提出了管道流动最低负荷系数,并在此基础上,分析了提高管道储气效能的方法和手段。研究表明,天然气区域管网在功能价值、作用、结构、布局、流动工况、建设条件等方面都有清晰的特征体现,这是由其被逐渐发现的独特性质所决定的。深入分析和研究天然气区域管网的工程特性,以及天然气区域管网中输、储、配不同功能的管道流动特性,对探究天然气区域管网特点、描述和把握其运动规律、丰富天然气管网工学理论具有科学意义;构建的天然气区域管网规划设计理论,将对我国未来天然气区域管网建设提供有力的技术支撑和参考借鉴。
[Abstract]:The middle of this century, natural gas will become one of the three carriages driving global economic development needs the energy. In the past more than 10 years, natural gas utilization in China has made significant progress, but there is still a large gap compared with the average level of the world, this is a challenge and an opportunity. With the economic strength enhancement and urbanization rate the increase in China from the past development of city gas to gas current, future will be toward universal gasification direction. In this process, the city's natural gas pipeline network expand, contact with, covering quietly born of natural gas pipeline network city group, a the sustainable development trend. In view of this frontier phenomenon, this paper carried out a theoretical study on planning and design of the natural gas pipeline in city group. First, summarized domestic and foreign natural gas pipeline construction, especially in China in recent years the similar natural city group Based on gas pipeline network construction attempt or planning results, the looming city group of natural gas pipeline for natural gas pipeline network abstract the phenomenon of the new engineering concepts, describes the natural gas pipe network in the region's structure and functions, analyzes the characteristics of natural gas pipe network in the region, the natural gas pipe network in the natural area the gas pipe network in the chain location and boundaries, the formation mechanism of the natural gas pipeline network. Secondly, the planning and design of natural gas pipe network should be set up to adapt to the planning and design of its sustainable development. This system has three characteristics, one is the two kinds of planning and design of our existing system of natural gas pipeline; the two is the three level of a modern system, namely the legal system to comply with national and local laws and regulations level, level of administrative system in longitudinal construction of administrative management system mainly by the government. Hierarchical planning and design planning and design work system of government enterprises constitute; three is the planning theory system in accordance with the characteristics of natural gas pipeline network area. Third, construction planning theory, natural gas pipe network in the region are mainly applicable to measure regional gas supply scale prediction model and method; network structure planning form complex the important node connection method; convergence method and midpoint method for pipe network layout planning method; including ultra high pressure (6.0MPa), and multi pressure level planning model of multi stage pressure; multi gas source, gas storage peaking planning and layout principles. That regional energy infrastructure and natural gas pipeline network planning target area the decision should pay attention to the natural gas pipe network in the region has the function of value, should be conducive to give full play to the promotion of regional economic development and the promotion of urban and rural resources sharing function and use. Fourth,. Cable design theory, natural gas pipe network in the region are: natural gas pipeline three laws based on flow theory; strength theory based on different application conditions; safety factors of intrinsic safety theory based on pipeline; multi factor and multi object optimization design theory. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of gas pipelines and distribution the gas pipeline, put forward to divide the transmission efficiency of gas pipeline and gas pipeline with common criteria. Further summed up the natural gas pipeline with regional transportation, storage, three kinds of flow characteristics with corresponding function; deduced the pipe condition and the actual design flow condition contrast, have multiple effects the dimensionless equations of coupling factor, calculated and analyzed the influence of coupling effect of multi factors on the changes of design flow conditions. Finally, the storage capacity of natural gas pipeline area exists is studied. A new flow pipe retention ratio, flow efficiency and gas pipeline storage efficiency concept and definition of the first, second conditions to pipe the retention ratio of characteristic parameters. The engineering characteristics of in-depth analysis and research of natural gas pipe network and natural gas pipeline network, regional transport, storage, flow characteristics of pipe with different functions, to explore the characteristics of natural gas pipeline network area, describe and grasp its regularity, rich natural gas pipeline engineering theory has scientific significance; the construction of natural gas pipeline network planning and design theory, to our future days The construction of gas area network provides strong technical support and reference.
