【摘要】:湖南郴州、江西赣州和广东韶关三地同属岭南有色金属成矿带,是有色金属产业矿的富集区,同时又是我国有色金属产业发展的聚集区。矿业结构反映的是矿业各部门的构成,反映了矿业上下游之间的比例关系及相互之间的联系。矿业产业结构是否合理意味着该地区能否实现经济和生态的可持续发展。湖南郴州、江西赣州和广东韶关又被称为红三角地区。经过多年发展,湘赣粤地区有色金属行业运行良好,促进各地经济发展,但同时也都逐渐出现了经济效益低,环境污染等问题。从有色金属行业现状分析研究出发,对行业结构综合效益进行评估,并具体研究行业内部产业链条的效率,解决如何从区域经济的角度发展产业经济,如何解决各市的现实困境,发挥自身和区域经济的优势,这些问题和要求,对湘赣粤地区的有色金属产业结构优化研究就尤为重要和紧迫。本文针对所研究的对象,从宏观层面对湘赣粤地区有色金属行业进行分析,主要是从地理位置、资源状况对湘赣粤地区的发展基础状况分析研究,并选择PEST分析方法对湘赣粤地区有色金属产业的发展现状进行剖析。在发展现状深入解析之后,则从行业效益、环境能力和专业化水平等方面,采用基于中心点的三角白化权函数的灰色评估方法对湘赣粤地区有色金属行业结构综合效益进行评价。根据国内外学者的研究以及湘赣粤地区有色金属行业特点,构建有色金属行业结构综合效益评价指标体系,包括10个二级指标:销售利润率,有色金属业工业总产值占矿业比重,企业个数所占比重,有色金属行业的产值区位商等。在对基础数据进行极值法的标准化处理后,选择熵权法赋予各个指标相应的权重,构建湘赣粤地区有色金属行业结构综合效益的评价模型。那如何提高有色金属行业效率,实现有色金属行业结构的优化。为此,从有色金属行业内部链条的角度出发,对湘赣粤地区有色金属行业的产业链条效率进行研究分析。采用DEA模型分析湘赣粤地区有色金属上下游环节产业链效率进行分析研究。根据有色金属产业链中采选环节和冶炼及加工环节的特点,构建DEA指标体系,构建投入产出指标,对三地的效率进行对比分析。通过上述研究发现,郴州和赣州有色金属行业结构效益较好,在采选业和冶炼加工环节是有效的。韶关有色金属行业结构效益较弱,在采选业环节效率是无效的。结果分析表明湘赣粤地区有色金属产业的技术水平和规模不想匹配,行业结构综合效益不高。综上所述,本文针对湘赣粤地区存在问题,对有色金属产业结构优化提出具体的措施。
[Abstract]:Chenzhou, Jiangxi, and Shaoguan, Guangdong, belong to the Lingnan nonferrous metal metallogenic belt, which is the rich area of non-ferrous metal industry. At the same time, it is also a gathering area for the development of China's nonferrous metal industry. The mining structure reflects the composition of various mining departments. It reflects the proportional relationship between upstream and downstream of mining industry and the relationship between each other. Whether the structure of mining industry is reasonable means whether the sustainable development of economy and ecology can be realized in this area. Chenzhou Hunan Province. Jiangxi Ganzhou and Guangdong Shaoguan also known as the Red Triangle region. After years of development, Hunan, Jiangxi and Guangdong non-ferrous metal industry running well to promote economic development, but also gradually appeared low economic benefits. From the current situation of non-ferrous metal industry analysis and research, the comprehensive benefits of industry structure evaluation, and specific research on the efficiency of the industrial chain within the industry. How to solve the problems and requirements of how to develop industrial economy from the angle of regional economy, how to solve the practical dilemma of each city, and give play to the advantages of its own and regional economy. It is particularly important and urgent to optimize the industrial structure of non-ferrous metals in Hunan, Jiangxi and Guangdong. This paper analyzes the non-ferrous metal industry in Hunan, Jiangxi and Guangdong from the macro level, mainly from the geographical position. This paper analyzes the development foundation of Hunan, Jiangxi and Guangdong, and chooses the PEST analysis method to analyze the development of non-ferrous metal industry in Hunan, Jiangxi and Guangdong. Then from the industry efficiency, environmental capacity and professional level and so on. The comprehensive benefits of non-ferrous metal industry structure in Hunan, Jiangxi and Guangdong are evaluated by using the grey evaluation method based on the triangular whitening weight function based on the center point. According to the research of domestic and foreign scholars and the characteristics of non-ferrous metal industry in Hunan, Jiangxi and Guangdong. . The comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of nonferrous metal industry structure is constructed, including 10 secondary indexes: profit margin of sales, the proportion of gross output value of nonferrous metal industry to the mining industry, and the proportion of the number of enterprises. After standardizing the basic data, the entropy weight method is chosen to give the corresponding weight to each index. Build the evaluation model of comprehensive benefit of non-ferrous metal industry structure in Hunan, Jiangxi and Guangdong. How to improve the efficiency of non-ferrous metal industry, realize the optimization of non-ferrous metal industry structure. From the perspective of the internal chain of non-ferrous metal industry. The industrial chain efficiency of non-ferrous metal industry in Hunan, Jiangxi and Guangdong is studied. The efficiency of upstream and downstream industrial chain of non-ferrous metals in Hunan, Jiangxi and Guangdong is analyzed by using DEA model. The characteristics of middle extraction and separation links and smelting and processing links. Construct DEA index system, construct input-output index, compare and analyze the efficiency of the three places. Through the above research, we found that Chenzhou and Ganzhou non-ferrous metal industry structure benefit is better. It is effective in mining and sorting and smelting process. The structural benefit of Shaoguan nonferrous metal industry is weak. The results show that the technical level and scale of non-ferrous metal industry in Hunan, Jiangxi and Guangdong do not want to match, and the comprehensive benefit of industry structure is not high. Aiming at the problems existing in Hunan, Jiangxi and Guangdong, this paper puts forward some concrete measures to optimize the industrial structure of nonferrous metals.
