黑龙江省建筑产业发展态势及影响因素研究

【摘要】：建筑产业是国民经济的重要物质生产部门，它与一个区域的经济发展和人民生活的改善有着密切关系。当前，黑龙江省正在深入实施的“五大规划”、“十大产业”以及城镇化建设等区域经济发展战略，，都与建筑产业息息相关，全省经济的发展离不开建筑产业的支持，同时，建筑产业也应该把握好这些发展机遇，促进自身更快更好地发展。尽管改革开放以来，黑龙江省建筑产业取得了较大的发展，但是，黑龙江省建筑产业在全国仍居于较低的发展水平，其发展过程中存在的一些障碍与问题亟待解决。鉴于此，本文对黑龙江省建筑产业进行了深入系统地研究。本文首先从建筑产业对区域经济发展即黑龙江省经济增长、社会就业以及城镇化建设的贡献作用进行了分析。然后本文基于区域产业发展理论和产业组织演化理论，从产出增长和产业组织演化即产业发展的量与质两个方面，分析了黑龙江省建筑产业的发展态势，并运用索罗模型和格兰杰因果检验对其产出增长和产业组织演化的影响因素进行了分析。最后，基于这些分析提出了促进黑龙江省建筑产业健康发展的对策建议。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is the important material production sectors of the national economy, its improvement and a regional economic development and people's lives are closely related. At present, Heilongjiang province is the thorough implementation of "Five Plan", "ten industries", urbanization and other regional economic development strategy, and are closely related to the building industry, the province's economic development cannot do without the support of the construction industry, at the same time, the construction industry also should grasp the development opportunities, promote faster and better development. Although since the reform and opening up, Heilongjiang Province, the construction industry has made great progress, however, Heilongjiang's construction industry in the country is still in a relatively low level of development, some obstacles and problems in the development process to be solved. In view of this, this paper made a deep and systematic study on the construction industry in Heilongjiang province. Firstly, from the construction industry on regional economy The economic development of Heilongjiang province economic growth, employment and urbanization contribution are analyzed. Then the evolution theory of regional industrial development and industrial organization based on the output from the growth and evolution of industrial organization is the industrial development of the quantity and quality of the two aspects, analyzes the development trend of Heilongjiang construction industry, and the use of the Solow model and Grainger causality test to analyze the influence factors of the evolution of its output growth and industrial organization. Finally, the analysis put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy development of Heilongjiang Province Based on the construction industry.
