产业集群背景下江苏高职教育发展的问题与对策

【摘要】：产业集群发展已成为江苏经济发展的重要组成部分,并对高技能人才的培养提出了新要求。江苏高职教育有着丰厚的历史积淀,但面临产业集群发展仍存在适应性不足和人才培养泛化的弊端。江苏高职教育应在准确把握区域经济发展潮流的基础上,增强人才培养的针对性与实效性,加大人才培养模式改革力度,坚持学历教育与非学历教育(社会培训)并举,全力打造新型高职教育模式,为江苏产业集群发展提供智力支持。
[Abstract]:The development of industrial clusters has become an important part of the economic development of Jiangsu, and has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of high-skilled personnel. Higher vocational education in Jiangsu has a rich historical accumulation. However, facing the shortcomings of adaptability and generalization of talent training in the development of industrial clusters, higher vocational education in Jiangsu should strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of talent training on the basis of accurately grasping the trend of regional economic development. In order to provide intellectual support for the development of Jiangsu industrial cluster, we should strengthen the reform of talent training mode, insist on the simultaneous development of academic education and non-academic education (social training), and make every effort to build a new model of higher vocational education.
