【摘要】："十三五"时期,广西海洋经济强区建设要在国家建设海洋强国战略大环境中谋求新的发展,必须从实际出发,坚持发挥好广西海洋的区位优势、资源优势和政策优势,突出问题导向,破解发展难题,创新发展思路,转变发展方式,深入贯彻党的十八届五中全会提出的创新、协调、绿色、开放和共享的发展理念,将其内化为海洋经济强区建设的新思路,引领广西海洋事业的繁荣发展。
[Abstract]:In the period of the 13th Five-Year Plan, in order to seek new development in the strategic environment of building a powerful marine country in Guangxi, the construction of a strong marine economic region in Guangxi must proceed from the actual situation and give full play to the regional advantages of Guangxi's oceans. Resource advantages and policy advantages, highlight problem orientation, solve development problems, innovate development ideas, change the way of development, and thoroughly implement the innovation, coordination and green proposed by the Fifth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee. The open and shared development concept internalizes it as a new way of building a strong marine economic area and leads the prosperity and development of Guangxi's marine undertakings.
