【摘要】：产业集聚区是优化我国经济发展结构、转变经济发展方式、实现科学发展的基础工程,也是构建现代经济体系、现代城镇体系和自主创新体系的有效载体。作为中部欠发达省份,近年来河南省产业集聚区的规划建设对全省经济社会发展起到了较强的带动作用,但是仍然存在许多不利条件和消极因素,要进一步加快中原经济区建设,实现中原崛起,就必须尽快解决产业集聚区建设中存在的问题,推进产业集聚区更好更快发展。本文将信阳市产业集聚区的科学发展作为研究对象,采取比较分析、制度分析、理论联系实际等研究方法,以产业集聚基本理论为基础,结合国内外先进产业集聚区的成功经验,力求探索出一条加快推进信阳产业集聚区建设的有效路径,对信阳市经济社会发展具有重要的促进作用。本文分为五个部分：一是引言；二是产业集聚区的基本内涵；三是国内外先进产业集聚区及其发展经验；四是信阳市产业集聚区的发展现状及存在的问题；五是加快信阳市产业集聚区发展的对策和建议。引言部分主要介绍本文的选题背景,综述了国内外有关产业集聚的相关理论研究,整理归纳出本文的研究思路和方法,提出课题研究的理论意义与现实意义。第二部分主要通过对产业集聚与产业集聚区的关系、产业集聚区的科学内涵及其对区域经济带动作用的研究,阐述河南省产业集聚区的提出的意义和目前的发展现状。第三部分主要介绍了国内外部分先进产业集聚区的发展情况,并从中总结出了一些发展经验。第四部分主要通过信阳市产业集聚区的现状和发展情况入手,归纳总结了信阳‘市产业集聚区在发展中存在的一些现实问题。第五部分主要是结合国内外先进产业集聚区的发展经验,针对信阳市产业集聚区发展中存在的问题,提出对策建议。
[Abstract]:Industrial agglomeration area is the basic project to optimize the structure of economic development, change the mode of economic development and realize scientific development. It is also the construction of modern economic system. As an underdeveloped province in central China, the planning and construction of industrial agglomeration area in Henan Province has played a strong driving role in the economic and social development of the province in recent years. However, there are still many disadvantages and negative factors. In order to further accelerate the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone and realize the rise of the Central Plains, it is necessary to solve the problems in the construction of the Industrial agglomeration area as soon as possible. This paper takes the scientific development of Xinyang industrial agglomeration area as the research object, adopts comparative analysis, system analysis, theory combined with practice and other research methods. Based on the basic theory of industrial agglomeration and the successful experience of advanced industrial agglomeration area at home and abroad, this paper tries to explore an effective way to accelerate the construction of Xinyang industrial agglomeration area. Xinyang City has an important role in promoting economic and social development. This paper is divided into five parts: first, introduction; Second, the basic connotation of industrial agglomeration area; Third, domestic and foreign advanced industrial agglomeration area and its development experience; Fourth, the development of Xinyang City industrial agglomeration area and the existing problems; Fifth, quicken Xinyang City industrial agglomeration area development countermeasure and suggestion. The introduction mainly introduces the background of this paper, summarizes the relevant theoretical research on industrial agglomeration at home and abroad, summarizes the research ideas and methods of this paper. The theoretical and practical significance of the research is put forward. The second part mainly through the relationship between industrial agglomeration and industrial agglomeration area, the scientific connotation of industrial agglomeration area and its role in promoting regional economy. This paper expounds the significance of industrial agglomeration area in Henan Province and its present development status. The third part mainly introduces the development of some advanced industrial agglomeration areas at home and abroad, and summarizes some development experiences. The 4th part mainly through the Xinyang City industrial agglomeration area present situation and the development situation, has summarized the Xinyang 'industrial agglomeration area in the development existence some realistic problems. The 5th part mainly combines the development experience of the advanced industrial agglomeration area at home and abroad, aiming at the problems existing in the development of the industrial agglomeration area in Xinyang city, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
