【摘要】：新形势下我国政府提出了"丝绸之路经济带"建设的重大战略构想。桑树产业对于丝绸之路经济带建设中的生态文明和区域经济发展以及对于传统蚕桑产业转型升级都将发挥重要的作用。发展桑树产业不仅具有前所未有的机遇,而且具有悠久的历史文化传承、坚实的科技基础、完整的产业体系以及明显的区位优势。丝绸之路经济带建设中桑树产业发展的思路是:以西向发展及出口贸易为导向,以生态功能为重要支撑,以生态经济和产业经济为发展动力,以丝绸文化为引导,以完善的制度和政策为重要保障,实现生态保护、手工业和手工艺产业复兴、产业发展和使农民富裕为目标的可持续发展。桑树产业发展的设想及其措施包括:完善桑树产业科技基础,构建桑树产业技术体系,加强与新丝绸之路经济带沿线国家间的合作,成立丝绸之路经济带桑树产业技术创新联盟,建立桑树产业示范基地,完善政策和组织机构保障。
[Abstract]:Under the New situation, our Government put forward the "Silk Road Economic Belt" Mulberry industry will play an important role in the development of ecological civilization and regional economy in the construction of Silk Road economic belt, as well as in the transformation and upgrading of traditional sericulture industry. There are unprecedented opportunities. And has a long history and cultural heritage, a solid scientific and technological foundation. The idea of mulberry industry development in the construction of Silk Road economic belt is: westward development and export trade, with ecological function as the important support. Take ecological economy and industrial economy as the development power, take silk culture as the guide, take the perfect system and the policy as the important safeguard, realizes the ecological protection, the handicraft industry and the handicraft industry renaissance. The idea and measures of mulberry industry development include: perfecting the science and technology foundation of mulberry industry and constructing mulberry industry technology system. Strengthen the cooperation with the countries along the New Silk Road Economic Belt, set up the Silk Road Economic Belt Mulberry Industry Technology Innovation Alliance, establish the mulberry industry demonstration base, perfect the policy and organization guarantee.
