山东省农村区域经济差异分析及发展对策研究

【摘要】：在经济飞速发展的当代,无论是在发达国家还是发展中国家,都或多或少的存在着区域经济发展失衡的状况,这是经济发展过程中不可避免的,尤其是在发达程度越高的国家,贫富差距也就越明显。严重的区域经济差异带来的不良后果如人们生活水平存在的差异过大、区域经济马太效应不断加强等。因此,对区域之间的经济差异进行研究分析,并分析产生的原因及提出相关发展对策是各个国家、省份都应该关注的经济问题,这对区域调整经济发展战略具有战略意义。山东省是我国经济大省,自2015年以来,全省生产总值均在5万亿元以上,总量仅次于广东、江苏两个经济大省,然而在这样庞大的生产总值背后,区域经济发展不平衡的问题同样严重,主要表现为鲁东地区经济发达,而鲁西部地区却较为落后,而这样的经济发展格局将长期阻碍山东经济的全面协调发展。本文首先对山东省17个市的农村区域经济发展现状进行分析,并构建经济差异测度指标体系,通过对2006年至2015年年间山东各个农村区域经济指标进行剖析,得出影响农村区域经济差异的主成分因子,最终得出农村区域经济综合得分,然后对造成区域间差异的原因进行分析,最后提出缩小差距和促进山东省协调发展的对策。
[Abstract]:In the era of rapid economic development, whether in developed or developing countries, there is more or less imbalance in regional economic development, which is inevitable in the process of economic development. Especially in the developed countries, the gap between the rich and the poor is more obvious. Serious regional economic differences bring adverse consequences such as the existence of excessive differences in people's living standards. Therefore, it is the economic problem that every country and province should pay close attention to, to study and analyze the economic difference between regions, to analyze the causes and to put forward the relevant development countermeasures. This is of strategic significance to the regional adjustment of economic development strategy. Shandong Province is a major economic province in China, since 2015, the province's GDP is more than 5 tillion yuan, second only to Guangdong. Jiangsu Province has two major economic provinces. However, behind such a huge gross domestic product, the imbalance of regional economic development is also serious, mainly manifested in the economic development of eastern Shandong, while the western region of Shandong is relatively backward. Such a pattern of economic development will hinder the overall and coordinated development of Shandong economy for a long time. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of rural regional economic development in 17 cities of Shandong Province, and constructs an index system of economic difference measurement. Through the analysis of the economic indicators of every rural area in Shandong province from 2006 to 2015, the main factors affecting the regional economic differences in rural areas are obtained, and the comprehensive score of rural regional economy is finally obtained. Then the causes of regional differences are analyzed, and the countermeasures to narrow the gap and promote the coordinated development of Shandong Province are put forward.
