【摘要】："十二五"时期,江苏区域经济社会发展取得了较大成就,区域之间的相对差距持续缩小,为全省经济发展的全面可持续及社会发展的长远稳定奠定了坚实基础。但区域之间的绝对差距仍然存在,发展中的不平衡、不协调问题依然突出。"十三五"时期,要顶住促进增长与保护生态的双重压力,按照发展经济与改善民生的双重要求,完成扩大总量与提升质量的双重任务,为"迈上新台阶、建设新江苏"作出贡献。
[Abstract]:During the "12th Five-Year Plan" period, the regional economic and social development in Jiangsu Province has made great achievements, and the relative gap between the regions continues to narrow. It has laid a solid foundation for the overall sustainable economic development of the province and the long-term stability of social development, but the absolute gap between regions still exists, and the development is unbalanced. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the dual pressure of promoting growth and protecting ecology should be resisted, and the dual tasks of expanding the total amount and improving the quality of the people's livelihood should be fulfilled in accordance with the dual requirements of developing the economy and improving the people's livelihood. For the "step up to a new level, building a new Jiangsu" to make contributions.
