科技信息化与企业的创新发展

【摘要】：创新是国家发展的动力,创新发展成为我国经济转型升级的重要战略。创新型企业是国家创新体系的主体和重要组成部分,是国家经济增长和区域经济发展的基础和动力。信息化在企业管理中,特别是科技管理工作中起到了至关重要的作用。企业科技管理的信息化模式为企业管理的创新发展提供基础和动力,是开展创新型企业工作的重要任务。本文基于大唐环境产业集团股份有限公司开展创新型企业工作的实践,从创新型企业与信息化管理概念与内涵入手,分析了在新形势下,开展创新型企业的科技信息化管理的作用和要求;提出了在国有企业中,信息化对企业创新管理,特别是科技管理的要求;本文作者根据具体的科技管理工作,探讨了企业科技信息化管理的整体方案构思。通过对以上问题的研究,以期为企业科技信息化管理工作提供借鉴与帮助。
[Abstract]:Innovation is the driving force of national development, and innovation development has become an important strategy of economic transformation and upgrading in China. Innovative enterprises are the main body and an important part of the national innovation system. It is the foundation and motive force of national economic growth and regional economic development. In particular, science and technology management has played a vital role. The information mode of enterprise science and technology management provides the foundation and power for the innovation and development of enterprise management. Based on the practice of developing innovative enterprise work in Datang Environmental Industry Group Co., Ltd, this paper starts with the concept and connotation of innovative enterprise and information management. Under the new situation, the functions and requirements of developing the information management of science and technology in innovative enterprises are analyzed. This paper puts forward the requirements of information technology to enterprise innovation management, especially science and technology management in state-owned enterprises. According to the concrete scientific and technological management work, the author discusses the overall plan of the enterprise science and technology information management. Through the research of the above problems, the author hopes to provide reference and help for the enterprise science and technology information management work.
