RCEP框架下中国猪肉进口的贸易创造和贸易转移效应

【摘要】：区域全面经济伙伴关系协定(RCEP)是当前中国参与的规模最大的区域经济一体化协定谈判,可能对中国的猪肉贸易产生影响。本文在估算中国猪肉产品的进口需求价格弹性和非关税壁垒等值的基础上,运用局部均衡SMART模型模拟分析了RCEP对中国猪肉贸易产生的贸易创造和贸易转移效应。研究结果表明,在长(短)期分析场景下,RCEP生效后中国都将获得正的猪肉贸易创造和贸易转移效应。虽然RCEP将促进中国与其他RCEP成员国之间的猪肉贸易,但是对中国与传统猪肉贸易伙伴之间的贸易影响不大。在RCEP谈判要价过程中,中国的猪肉贸易政策可以更加宽松一些。
[Abstract]:RCEP (Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement) is the largest regional economic integration agreement negotiation in which China is currently participating. This paper estimates the price elasticity of import demand of Chinese pork products and the equivalence of non-tariff barriers. The trade creation and trade transfer effects of RCEP on Chinese pork trade are simulated by using partial equilibrium SMART model. The results show that under the long (short) period analysis scenario. China will gain positive pork trade creation and trade transfer effects after the entry into force of the RCEP, although the RCEP will facilitate pork trade between China and other RCEP members. But it has little impact on trade between China and its traditional pork trading partners. China's pork trade policy could be looser during the RCEP negotiations.
