城市群多物流基地多任务协同优化研究

【摘要】:近年来,在国家“非均衡发展”宏观战略的指导下,政府和市场的合力加速了区域非均衡发展进程,生产要素、人口、产业向定向的区域流动和集聚,城市化在一定地域内被重点推进和快速发展,城市群得以生成并不断发育。而在城市群的形成和发展过程中,作为区域经济发展、商品流通重要保障的物流的需求量呈爆发式增长,从而推进了第三方物流企业订单的不断上涨,为了提升自身竞争力以及顺应城市群物流发展的趋势,,第三方物流企业亟需寻找业务伙伴,将其部分业务再次外包予功能型物流企业来协作完成,而城市群物流基地内完备、专业的功能型企业将是其理想的合作对象。因此,本文的核心问题在于第三方物流企业如何选择功能型物流企业,也即如何将物流任务合理的分配给城市群内不同物流基地的不同物流企业来共同完成,以求降低物流成本、提高物流效率,实现城市群物流服务的转型和升级。本文的主要研究内容如下: (1)本文对城市群物流及物流基地的发展概况及各自的特性进行了阐述,并对城市群第三方物流企业多任务的形成以及城市群多物流基地多任务的竞争矛盾作了分析,在此基础上提出了城市群多物流基地多任务协同优化方法,也即第三方物流企业的任务分配方法。 (2)本文通过对协同优化问题进行分析,认为运输成本、运输时间、营运成本和营运时间是构建模型所要考虑的四个最主要的因素。因此,结合本问题的特点及相关因素,构建了城市群多物流基地多任务协同优化模型,并用遗传算法基于物流基地的物流企业编码进行了求解。最后用算例对模型和算法进行了检验。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the guidance of the national "unbalanced development" macro strategy, the joint efforts of the government and the market have accelerated the process of regional non-equilibrium development, production factors, population, industry to the targeted regional flow and agglomeration. Urbanization has been promoted and developed rapidly in a certain region, and urban agglomeration has been formed and developed continuously. However, in the process of formation and development of urban agglomeration, it is regarded as regional economic development. The demand for logistics, which is an important guarantee of commodity circulation, is increasing explosively, thus pushing up the orders of the third party logistics enterprises, in order to enhance their own competitiveness and conform to the trend of logistics development of urban agglomeration. Third-party logistics enterprises urgently need to find business partners, once again outsourcing part of their business to functional logistics enterprises to cooperate to complete, while the urban agglomeration logistics base is complete. Professional functional enterprises will be the ideal object of cooperation. Therefore, the core problem of this paper is how to select functional logistics enterprises. That is, how to reasonably assign logistics tasks to different logistics enterprises of different logistics bases in the urban agglomeration, in order to reduce logistics costs and improve logistics efficiency. To realize the transformation and upgrading of logistics services in urban agglomeration. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the development and characteristics of logistics and logistics base of urban agglomeration are described in this paper. On the basis of the analysis of the formation of multi-task of the third party logistics enterprise and the competition contradiction of multi-logistics base and multi-task of the urban agglomeration, this paper puts forward the multi-task cooperative optimization method of multi-logistics base of urban agglomeration. That is, the task assignment method of the third party logistics enterprise. Based on the analysis of collaborative optimization, this paper thinks that transportation cost, transportation time, operating cost and operating time are the four most important factors to be considered in constructing the model. Combined with the characteristics of this problem and related factors, the multi-task collaborative optimization model of urban agglomeration multi-logistics base is constructed. The genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem based on logistics enterprise coding. Finally, the model and algorithm are tested by an example.
