【摘要】：一个结构优良的都市圈,往往能够将都市圈内的各种生产要素进行最有效的整合,使都市圈内的各城市在分工、合作、交流上达到良性互动从而使得效益最大化,成长为更大区域内经济发展的核心增长极以及战略支撑点,乌鲁木齐都市圈区域无论是在全国的“亚欧大陆桥经济区域”战略,“一带一路”战略,还是自治区提出的“天山北坡经济带”战略都是战略实施的关键环节。本文旨在为乌鲁木齐都市圈构建有序、合理的区域经济发展格局提供理论性依据。本文运用熵权法、马尔可夫链、引力模型、分形模型和ROXY指数等方法,选取2002、2006、2010、2015年四个时间截面,综合分析乌鲁木齐都市圈经济空间结构中等级结构、空间结构的演变过程及都市圈内三大产业的空间发展态势。主要研究结论如下:1、等级结构方面:(1)2002-2015年间都市圈均表现出等级结构明显、乌鲁木齐市作为核心城市极化特征显著的特点。(2)2002-2015年间高水平与中高水平、中等水平与低水平类型区之间差距呈缩小趋势,中高水平与中等水平类型区之间差距呈扩大趋势。(3)2002-2015年间都市圈各县(市)经济发展水平呈现出向中高和中等水平类型区转移的俱乐部趋同态势。(4)2002-2015年间,等级类型区向上转移的区域主要集中在乌鲁木齐市周边及东三县地区,向下转移的区域主要集中在吐鲁番地区。2、空间结构方面:(1)2002-2015年间以乌鲁木齐市为核心的单核结构在乌鲁木齐都市圈长期保持稳定,围绕其形成显著的圈层结构。(2)2002-2015年间乌鲁木齐以南各县(市)对其隶属度总体上呈下降趋势,以东各县(市)经济隶属度呈上升趋势,乌鲁木齐市对以东各县(市)辐射作用加强。(3)2002-2015年间都市圈内各县(市)经济联系越来越紧密,呈现出由极核辐射向轴线带动的发展趋势,西向、东向与南向轴线逐渐形成,石河子、奇台、吐鲁番次级中心相继形成。西部各县(市)与核心城市的经济联系强度高且其内部经济联系紧密,集聚效应好,而东南部各县(市)无论是与核心城市的经济联系强度,还是其内部经济联系都相对来说较弱。(4)、2002-2015年乌鲁木齐市与各县(市)经济联系量均表现出显著的极化特征,但在2010-2015年间这种趋势有所收敛;都市圈内各县(市)经济联系总量呈现出同样的分形特征。3、(1)乌鲁木齐都市圈第一产业空间发展态势在研究的三个时间段内呈现出恒定极化-减速极化-加速收敛的发展态势,总体呈收敛的发展状态;第二产业呈现出恒定极化-加速收敛-加速收敛的发展态势,总体也呈现收敛的发展状态;第三产业呈现出恒定收敛-减速收敛-加速极化的发展态势,总体呈极化的发展状态。(2)乌鲁木齐都市圈二、三产业在空间上的发展变化对其经济空间结构影响最大,第二产业为主要辐射产业,第三产业为主要的极化产业。

The main conclusions are as follows: 1, hierarchical structure: (1) 2002-2015 metropolitan area showed obvious hierarchical structure, characteristics of Urumqi city as the core city polarization significantly. (2 2002-2015) high level and high level, middle level and low level of the gap between regions is narrowing, the gap between high level and middle level regions shows a trend of expansion.
