产业布局优化与沈阳经济区发展研究

【摘要】：产业布局是产业在一定区域内的空间分布和组合，涉及到自然资源、区位资源、区域发展目标、政府协调规划等众多因素，是区域发展的长远性、全局性战略规划，对区域经济的可持续发展起到根本性的作用。在沈阳经济区上升为国家新型工业化改革试验区的战略背景下，本文对沈阳经济区的产业布局现状以及产业布局对区域经济的影响研究，，对促进沈阳经济区成为国家新型改革示范区和全国经济新增长极，保持区域经济持续发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。本文首先回顾了产业布局和区域经济发展的相关理论，然后对沈阳经济区经济发展的状况、产业布局的现状和存在的不合理问题等进行研究分析，在此基础上，通过建立影响产业布局的指标体系与区域经济增长指标之间的回归模型，揭示沈阳经济区的产业布局对经济增长的影响程度和方式。研究结果表明，产业布局通过产业积累效应、产业联动效应和产业动力效应共同对沈阳经济区经济增长产生促进作用。其中，产业联动效应的促进作用更为突出。最后，从优化产业布局的角度出发，提出促进沈阳经济区经济协调持续发展的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Industrial layout is the spatial distribution and combination of industries in a certain region, which involves many factors, such as natural resources, regional resources, regional development objectives, coordinated government planning, and so on, which is the long-term nature of regional development. Overall strategic planning plays a fundamental role in the sustainable development of regional economy. This paper studies the present situation of Shenyang Economic Zone and its influence on regional economy, and promotes Shenyang Economic Zone to become a new type of national economic reform demonstration area and a new national economic growth pole. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to maintain the sustainable development of regional economy. This paper first reviews the relevant theories of industrial layout and regional economic development, and then studies and analyzes the economic development status, industrial layout and unreasonable problems of Shenyang Economic Zone. On this basis, through the establishment of the industrial layout of the index system and regional economic growth indicators between the regression model. The research results show that the industrial layout of Shenyang Economic Zone affects the economic growth through the industrial accumulation effect. The industrial linkage effect and the industrial dynamic effect promote the economic growth of Shenyang Economic Zone together. Among them, the industrial linkage effect is more prominent. Finally, from the perspective of optimizing the industrial layout. The countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated and sustainable economic development of Shenyang Economic Zone are put forward.
