基于钻石模型的温州制鞋业产业集群竞争力研究

【摘要】：人类在迈入21世纪后,越发感觉到产业集群在经济活动中,对于一个区域,甚至一个国家的影响力。要在日益增长的市场竞争中占有自己的一席之地,以往单打独干的运作模式已经很难有立足之地。联合,产业高度集中,低成本,创新,这些产业集群的特点所带来的优势将是区域经济所希望利用的。可是当各地都准备开发本地区的产业集群时,如何提升本地区的产业集群竞争力,使之不被兼并和淘汰,成为了另外一个值得探讨的问题。浙江省温州市坐落在省的东南角民营经济在温州占有举足轻重的地位。我们所熟知的温州被称为中国品牌之都,其鞋类产品所占的市场份额占中国全部鞋类产品的百分之五十左右。意大利是全球有名的鞋都,其生产的鞋类产品深受全球消费者的欢迎。温州鞋企的崛起是否可以从意大利鞋企那里学到点经验值得探讨。本文将首先对产业集群的理论知识进行梳理,探索一下国外和国内对产业集群都有哪些研究。其次对浙江省温州市的产业集群的现状做一个完整的分析,用波特的钻石模型对温州鞋企产业集群和意大利产业集群做一个深入的对比。最后,文章将对温州的制鞋产业作为一个具体的案例加以分析,产业集群该如何提升自己的竞争力,以应对来自国内和国际的挑战。
[Abstract]:After entering 21th century, human beings feel more and more the influence of industrial clusters on a region or even a country in economic activities. They want to occupy their own place in the growing market competition. In the past, it was very difficult to have a foothold in the single-player mode. The combination, the high concentration of industry, the low cost, the innovation. The advantages brought by the characteristics of these industrial clusters will be used by the regional economy. However, how to improve the competitiveness of the regional industrial clusters when the regions are preparing to develop their industrial clusters. So that it is not merger and elimination, has become another worthy of discussion. Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province is located in the southeast corner of the province's private economy plays a pivotal role in Wenzhou, we know Wenzhou is known as the capital of Chinese brands. The market share of its footwear products accounts for about 50% of all footwear products in China. Italy is a famous shoe capital in the world. Its footwear products are popular with consumers around the world. Whether the rise of Wenzhou shoe companies can be learned from Italian shoe companies is worth discussing. This paper will first of all comb the theoretical knowledge of industrial clusters, explore what research on industrial clusters in foreign and domestic. Secondly, the status of industrial clusters in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, to do a complete analysis. Using Porter's diamond model to make a deep comparison between Wenzhou shoe industry cluster and Italy industrial cluster. Finally, the article will analyze the shoe industry in Wenzhou as a specific case. How to improve the competitiveness of industrial clusters to meet the domestic and international challenges.
