蒙特公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:在区域经济一体化、贸易自由化程度不断加深的背景下,企业所面临外部环境日新月异,企业之间竞争日趋激烈,客观要求企业制定科学合理的发展战略,以指导企业实现可持续发展。企业发展战略管理不仅与政策、经济、社会、技术等宏观环境有关,还与企业内部组织结构、技术研发能力、人力资源储备等微观因素密切相关,这客观决定企业发展战略是一个系统的、复杂的研究议题。 本文运用案例研究法、模型研究法及因素研究法等方法,结合市场营销学、社会学、企业管理学等学科理论知识对蒙特公司发展战略展开研究。 首先,以蒙特公司为例展开企业发展战略研究的背景、意义、国内外战略管理研究现状、’研究方法等进行了梳理,同时对SWOT模型、PEST模型、五力模型、战略管理等理论进行收集整理,形成本文研究的理论基础。 其次,对蒙特公司发展现状进行了探讨,主要从蒙特公司发展现状、组织结构及企业文化、研发营销体系、人力资源及财务状况等进行了整理。同时运用SWOT模型、五力模型、PEST模型结合蒙特公司发展现状对其发展战略的宏观环境、竞争环境、内部环境进行了探讨,为后文设计可行性战略奠定现实基础。 最后,本文结合对蒙特公司发展的现实研究从总体发展战略、竞争战略、业务战略等角度设计了相应的发展战略。同时从战略实施管理、战略控制、战略执行、战略实施激励及战略实施保障等角度提出了相应的建议。 本文针对蒙特公司发展战略的研究具有如下创新,一是本文以理论联系实际的理论研究模式,对现有五力模型、PEST模型、SWOT模型等企业发展战略理论进行充分剖析基础上,将这些发展理论运用至蒙特公司发展战略研究中,形成一个系统的空气净化器企业发展战略规划,进一步丰富空气净化器企业发展战略理论体系。二是本文以蒙特公司发展战略为基础,结合“十二五”规划对环境保护趋势、当前我国空气污染现状为背景,开展空气净化器行业的实践研究,将蒙特公司作为空气净化器行业发展的载体,从具体企业角度铺展开来,形成总体战略、竞争战略、业务战略为一体的发展战略实践指导体系。
[Abstract]:Under the background of regional economic integration and deepening of trade liberalization, the external environment of enterprises is changing with each passing day, and the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce, which requires enterprises to formulate scientific and reasonable development strategies. To guide enterprises to achieve sustainable development. Enterprise development strategy management is not only related to policy, economy, society, technology and other macro environment, but also related to the internal organizational structure of the enterprise, technology research and development ability. The microcosmic factors such as human resource reserve are closely related, which objectively determines that the enterprise development strategy is a systematic and complex research topic. This paper uses the methods of case study, model study and factor study, combining with the theoretical knowledge of marketing, sociology, enterprise management and so on, to study the development strategy of Monte Company. Firstly, the background and significance of the enterprise development strategy research, the research methods of the domestic and foreign strategic management research are combed, and the SWOT model and pest model are analyzed. Five-force model, strategic management and other theories are collected and collated, forming the theoretical basis of this study. Secondly, the paper discusses the current situation of the development of the company, mainly from the current situation of the company's development, organizational structure and corporate culture, R & D marketing system. Human resources and financial situation were sorted out. At the same time, using SWOT model, five-force model pest model combined with the current situation of the development of Monte to its development strategy of the macro environment, competitive environment. The internal environment is discussed to lay a realistic foundation for the design of feasibility strategy. Finally, this paper designs the corresponding development strategy from the perspective of overall development strategy, competition strategy, business strategy and so on. At the same time, it designs the corresponding development strategy from the perspective of the overall development strategy, competition strategy and business strategy. The corresponding suggestions are put forward from the aspects of strategy implementation, strategy implementation incentive and strategy implementation guarantee. In this paper, the development strategy of Monte has the following innovations: first, this paper combines the theory with the practice of the theoretical research model, the existing five-force model and pest model. On the basis of the analysis of the SWOT model and other enterprise development strategy theory, these development theories are applied to the development strategy research of Monte Company to form a systematic air purifier enterprise development strategy planning. Further enrich the air purifier enterprise development strategy theoretical system. Second, this paper based on the development strategy of Monte Company, combined with the 12th Five-Year Plan to the environmental protection trend, the current situation of air pollution in China as the background. Carry out the practical research of air purifier industry, take Monte Company as the carrier of the development of air purifier industry, spread out from the specific enterprise angle, form the overall strategy, competitive strategy. Business strategy as one of the development strategy practice guidance system.
