【摘要】：战后日本亚太区域经济合作战略的形成与转变经历了萌芽期、成长期和转型期三大阶段。TPP折射出日本在亚太区域经济合作战略上的新思考。尽管美国新总统特朗普上台对TPP造成重大打击,但日本依然希望借助TPP主导构建亚太区域经济合作新体系,并将"高质量"和"高标准"的日本理念融入新体系的构建进程。受其影响,未来亚太区域经济合作体系结构将发生深刻变化,相关规则及制度设计会更多反映日本因素的存在,这也将加剧中美日三方围绕构建亚太经济合作新体系的主导权竞争。
[Abstract]:The formation and transformation of the Asia - Pacific region ' s economic cooperation strategy in the post - war period experienced three stages : the germination period , the long - term and the transitional period . The TPP reflects Japan ' s new thinking on the economic cooperation strategy in the Asia - Pacific region . Although the new president of the United States has hit the platform on the TPP , Japan still hopes to lead a new system of economic cooperation in the Asia - Pacific region with the help of the TPP , and the future Asia - Pacific region ' s economic cooperation architecture will change profoundly , and the relevant rules and system design will reflect the existence of Japanese factors , which will aggravate the competition between Japan and Japan around the construction of the new system of the Asia - Pacific Economic Cooperation .
