四化同步背景下法库县县域经济发展研究

【摘要】：十八大以来,四化同步作为我国着力建设和发展的重要方向,对于我国经济、社会快速发展具有极为重要的意义。因此,对四化同步背景下县域经济的发展研究具有极强的理论研究意义。县域经济作为具有我国特色的区域经济体,是我国经济发展的基本单元。在发展上县域经济实际上是区域经济发展的主要着力点。同时,在四化同步背景下,县域经济作为连接城市、农村经济的重要桥梁纽带,实际上也是新型城镇化、农业现代化及工业化发展的着力点；实际上,随着城市第三产业经济不断发展,县域经济已经成为工业发展的摇篮；而县域经济作为农村之首,担负着农业生产的重要任务因此也是农业现代化发展的载体；与此同时,以小城镇、县城为主要载体和发展方向的新型城镇化进程,在农民市民化、小城镇发展等方面也离不开县域经济的发展。因此,结合四化同步的背景研究县域经济对于我国四化同步发展,新型工业化、城镇化、农业现代化及信息化各项发展及以县城为核心的县域经济发展具有极为重要的作用。法库县作为辽宁省重点发展的农业县,是我国东北重要的陶瓷生产基地,同时也是我国东北航天展的举办地,在发展上法库地区以包括设施农业、特色农业为主的第一产业,以陶瓷生产、配套加工为主的第二产业及旅游业、交通运输业为主的第三产业均在现代县域经济发展中具有重要的代表意义,同时法库县域经济第一二三产业协调发展的经济增长模式也是我国县域经济研究发展的重要方向。论文试图通过研究工业化、信息化、城镇化和农业现代化之间的相互之间的同步协调关系,根据同步协调发展的要求,依据相关理论,探讨四化同步对县域经济发展的重要影响,基于此,根据法库县县域经济的四化同步发展的现状,存在问题及原因从整体上来分析县域经济发展的不足,为法库县县域经济发展提供建设性的理论分析和可操作性的对策建议。全文共分7章：第1章：导论,主要介绍本文的研究背景、研究目的、意义,国内外研究现状、研究主要内容及研究技术路线。第2章：相关概念界定及理论基础,主要介绍了四化同步的内涵、四化同步的内在关系,并详细分析、梳理了刘易斯二元经济结构理论、增长极理论、熊皮特创新理论,阐述了本文应用上述理论的实际作用。第3章：四化同步背景下法库县县域经济发展的现状,主要从经济发展情况、产业结构等方面分析了法库县县域经济发展的现状,并结合四化同步背景和法库县县域经济发展现实情况分析了四化同步背景下法库县县域经济发展的现状。第4章：四化同步背景下法库县县域经济发展存在的问题及成因,主要从新型城镇化带动能力、产业结构等方面分析了法库县县域经济发展存在的问题,并结合农民合作社、第三产业发展等内在原因分析了问题成因。第5章：国内外县域经济发展的经验借鉴及启示,主要介绍了英国卫星城、德国大型企业以及我国天津华明模式、成都五朵金花发展模式对四化同步背景下法库县县域经济发展的经验借鉴及启示。第6章：四化协调背景下法库县县域经济发展的战略选择及对策建议,主要从发展目标、原则、思路方面介绍了四化协调背景下法库县县域经济发展的战略选择,并结合新型工业化、信息化、农业现代化、新型城镇化等方面论述了四化协调背景下法库县县域经济发展的对策建议。第7章：结论。
