农村区域经济发展视域下的就地城镇化建设路径研究

【摘要】：新型城镇化与传统城镇化相比更符合我国的基本国情,体现了持续发展的基本目标。就地城镇化是新型城镇化的主要途径,对于解决传统城镇化出现的"城市病"等问题有积极作用。然而,当前就地城镇化面临农民思想认识存在偏差、农业产业发展支持不足、户籍制度和土地制度需要变革等现实问题,鉴于此,需要统筹城乡发展,提升人们的思想认识,推进产业化进程,变革原有制度,打造宜居环境,进而为农村地区就地城镇化的实现提供动力和保障。
[Abstract]:Compared with the traditional urbanization, the new type of urbanization is more in line with the basic conditions of our country and embodies the basic goal of sustainable development. Local urbanization is the main way of the new type of urbanization. It plays a positive role in solving the problems of "urban disease" in traditional urbanization. However, at present, the local urbanization is faced with the deviation of farmers' ideological understanding, and the development of agricultural industry is not supported enough. The household registration system and the land system need to be changed. In view of this, it is necessary to coordinate urban and rural development, improve people's ideological understanding, promote the process of industrialization, change the original system, and create a livable environment. And then for the realization of local urbanization in rural areas to provide power and protection.
