《陇南市招商引资项目》翻译实践报告

【摘要】：随着全球化的发展，尤其是中国加入世界贸易组织以来,中国就一直加快着吸引外国投资的步伐,这将作为中国及其产业整体发展的一个重要支柱。这不仅为中国带来了先进的技术和管理经验，而且也为中国市场经济增添着更多的活力。近年来,由于次贷危机和债务危机在西方国家的负面影响，中国的出口正在减少。因此，招商引资已成为为当地政府和企业加强区域经济发展、解决资金短缺、增加就业机会的最重要渠道之一。作为一种实用文本，，招商引资项目书的翻译目的是为了实现跨语言跨文化交流，从而提高企业招商引资的成功率。但是这方面的翻译研究还没有得到足够关注。本报告讨论的是一篇关于《陇南市招商引资项目》的汉英翻译项目，该项目有一定的规模（26,000个汉字）和时限（20天），由笔者和另一位同学合作完成。基于国内招商引资项目文本汉英翻译现状，本报告从招商引资项目的类型和特点出发，通过对翻译项目的描述、翻译策略和方法的选择以及译文案例的分析，让更多译者对这一翻译领域有所了解。同时，笔者也希望本次报告能够对中国应用翻译有所贡献，对招商引资的写作和翻译有所帮助。
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization, especially since China's entry into the World Trade Organization, China has been speeding up the pace of attracting foreign investment. This will be an important pillar for the overall development of China and its industries. This will not only bring China advanced technology and management experience, but also add more vitality to China's market economy. As a result of the negative effects of the subprime mortgage crisis and the debt crisis in western countries, China's exports are decreasing. Therefore, attracting investment has become a means of strengthening regional economic development for local governments and enterprises and solving the shortage of funds. One of the most important channels for job creation. As a practical text, the purpose of the project book is to achieve cross-language and cross-cultural communication. In order to improve the success rate of attracting investment from enterprises, however, the translation studies in this area have not received enough attention. This report discusses a Chinese-English translation project on the "Longnan City Investment Promotion Project". The project has a certain scale of 26,000 Chinese characters) and a time limit of 20 days, which is completed by the author and another classmate. Based on the present situation of Chinese-English translation of the text of the domestic investment attracting project, this report starts from the types and characteristics of the investment attracting project. Through the description of translation projects, the choice of translation strategies and methods, and the analysis of translation cases, more translators can understand this field of translation. At the same time, the author also hopes that this report will contribute to the application of translation in China. It is helpful for the writing and translation of attracting investment.
