我国非均衡发展中的民生问题及非均衡市场改革的完善

【摘要】：非均衡的渐进性改革是我国市场经济体制改革的主要战略,在取得经济发展的同时,也造成一系列利益失衡的民生问题。当前,非均衡发展方式下利益失衡的民生问题主要有劳资利益矛盾、阶层利益矛盾以及区域经济发展不均衡等问题,这源于非均衡改革中市场制度缺陷、差异化政策和政治体制改革的滞后性等。为此,必须从公平和市场两方面进行完善,以促进我国经济的可持续增长。
[Abstract]:The unbalanced progressive reform is the main strategy for the reform of the market economic system in our country. While achieving economic development, it also causes a series of livelihood problems with unbalanced interests. At present, Under the unbalanced development mode, the livelihood problems of interest imbalance mainly include the contradiction of labor and capital interest, the contradiction of stratum interest and the imbalance of regional economic development, which originates from the defects of market system in the unbalanced reform. In order to promote the sustainable growth of China's economy, it is necessary to perfect the policy of differentiation and the lagging of political system reform from the aspects of equity and market.
