应用型大学视角下民办本科院校的转型之路

【摘要】：本文分析了转型对民办本科院校的必要性和转型所面临的几大困境,并从应用型人才培养内涵建设方面入手,探讨了办学定位、理论与实践相结合、双师型师资队伍的培养等民办本科院校转型发展的关键因素。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the necessity of the transformation to the private undergraduate colleges and the difficulties faced by the transformation, and discusses the orientation of running a school, the combination of theory and practice, and the connotation construction of the cultivation of applied talents. The cultivation of double-qualified teachers is a key factor in the transformation and development of private undergraduate colleges.
