【摘要】：中医药历史在我国博大精深、源远流长，是祖先留给我们极其宝贵和伟大的财富。这几年来，，中药产业已经成为我国盈利能力比较强的产业之一，它已经成为我国医药行业新的经济增长点。我国的中药产业也保持了较快的发展态势，并渐渐形成了以中药化农业、中药化工业、中药化商业和中药化知识、经济业等建成的产业集团和产业体系。中药产业所体现的国际化、科技化、现代化是我国在新的历史条件下发展起来的战略性举措，也是我国中药产业在顺应时代变化中新的发展趋势。众所周知，陕西是西部大开发的重点地带和桥头堡。近几年，陕西省政府明确了关中、陕南、陕北各地区区域经济的发展方向。陕西省凤县是中药材主产区，研究凤县中药产业发展对提高其经济实力和农民收入具有重要的现实意义，同时，制定符合凤县中药产业特点的发展战略，能够为有关职能管理部门出台相关政策提供理论依据。本文首先对中药、产业以及中药产业的含义进行了界定，明确了研究对象与范围。在对产业结构理论、生态相关理论、经济相关理论、组织理论、可持续发展理论进行简要回顾的基础上，对凤县的中药产业发展现状以及其特色林麝养殖业进行了概述。然后通过采用资料搜集、实证分析和SWOT分析等方法，对凤县中药产业发展进行了深入研究。从对凤县中药产业发展内部优势的分析得出，在自然条件上凤县得天独厚，资源丰富，其药材品质优良，享誉全国，当地从业人员较多；在内部劣势的分析得出，其地方上种植的规范化程度较低，中药企业技术核心优势不足，市场营销上较落后，从事此行业的高级人力资源缺乏；由外部机遇分析可以得出，WTO之后中药产业有了更先进的技术、设备和管理经验理念，并且我国的政策扶持加大，为其中药产业发展带来非常好的机遇；但是在外部威胁的分析得到，全球经济的一体化以及对外开放的深入，加剧了市场的竞争程度，使得我国中药企业面临大量植物药的威胁，国内的中药市场良莠不齐，以次充好，并且陕西周边省市的竞争也日趋激烈，这些更引发了传统中医药发展模式的变革。本文通过对凤县中药产业发展的研究，明确了凤县的自身优势与劣势，把握机遇，把挑战转化为动力，制定出适合陕西省凤县中药产业自身特点的策略，采取更为积极的举措，充分发挥中药的优势和潜力，从而推动凤县中药产业快速发展。本文立足于凤县自身特点，提出凤县中药产业发展的对策与建议。对策为：（1）从中药材的种植、中药产品的技术提升以及中医理论研究出发，加强中药产业发展标准化；（2）加强中药产业发展的品牌化；（3）通过信息整合、网络建设、推广电子商务平台等方面加强中药产业发展的信息化；（4）加强中药产业专业化人才的培养。最后，提出相关建议：指出凤县要坚持“因地制宜、优化结构、发挥优势、突出特色”的原则，突出地方特色，重点突破，加大当地中药材企业龙头招商引资的力度，发展订单药材，以示范园建设为突破口，努力提高规范化种植水平，并加大相关政策扶持力度，推动凤县中药产业发展。由于目前针对凤县中药产业的研究仍较少，本研究将填补这一领域的基础性研究。
[Abstract]:The history of Chinese medicine in China is broad and profound, has a long history, is extremely valuable and great wealth of our ancestors left. In recent years, Chinese medicine industry has become one of China's relatively strong profitability of the industry, it has become a new economic growth point of China's pharmaceutical industry. China's traditional Chinese medicine industry has maintained a rapid development trend, and gradually formed with Chinese traditional medicine of traditional Chinese medicine industry, agriculture, medicine and traditional Chinese medicine business knowledge economy, industry built industry group and industry system. The internationalization of Chinese medicine industry of science and technology, modernization is a strategic move of China's development in the new historical conditions, and traditional Chinese medicine the industry complies with the development trend of the new era of change. As everyone knows, Shaanxi is the focus of the Western Development Zone and the bridgehead. Shaanxi province Fengxian Chinese herbal medicines are the main producing areas, the development of Chinese medicine industry in Fengxian has important practical significance, to improve its economic strength and the income of the farmers at the same time, the formulation of development strategy in line with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine industry in Fengxian County, to provide theoretical basis for the relevant management departments issued the relevant policies.
Firstly, traditional Chinese medicine industry, and the meaning of the traditional Chinese medicine industry were defined, clear the research object and scope. In the theory of industrial structure, ecological theory, economic theory, organization theory, a brief review of the theory of sustainable development, the current situation of the development of Chinese traditional medicine industry in Fengxian County and its characteristics were summarized breeding forest musk deer by using the data collection. Learn from the analysis of the advantages of Fengxian development of internal medicine industry, Fengxian in natural conditions richly endowed by nature is rich in resources, the medicinal material, excellent quality, national reputation, many local practitioners in the analysis of internal weaknesses; the degree of standardization of the planting place on the low, Chinese enterprises core technology advantage, marketing is backward, engaged in this industry The lack of senior human resources; the external opportunities can be obtained by the analysis of WTO after the traditional Chinese medicine industry has more advanced technology, equipment and management experience and ideas, our country to increase policy support, bring great opportunities for the development of Chinese medicine industry; but in the analysis of external threats, the global economic integration and deepening of foreign open, intensified market competition, the traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in our country are facing a large number of plant medicine threats, domestic Chinese medicine market in Shaanxi and shoddy, uneven in quality, the neighboring provinces of competition has become increasingly fierce, which triggered a development pattern of traditional Chinese medicine. Through the study of the development of the reform of the traditional Chinese medicine industry in Fengxian County, clear the advantages and disadvantages of Fengxian, grasp the opportunity to challenge into power to develop suitable Fengxian of Chinese medicine industry in Shaanxi province features strategy, take more Active measures, give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and potential, thus promoting the rapid development of Chinese medicine industry in Fengxian.
This paper is based on the characteristics of Feng County, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the development of Chinese medicine industry in Fengxian County.
