东北三省区域经济差异及收敛性研究

【摘要】：区域经济发展的不均衡、经济增长的差异性及收敛性是当下经济地理学家研究的热点问题之一。长期的计划经济体制导致了东北三省区域内部差异不断拉大,内部经济发展严重不均衡,从而阻碍其整体实力的提升,东北三省成为了我国经济发展的短板,"东北现象"和"新东北现象"引发广泛关注。了解目前东北三省区域经济差异是促进其区域协调发展的必要前提,对实现东北三省整体经济崛起具有重要意义,因此,本文主要目标是探究东北三省区域经济差异及其收敛性。本文从时间和空间两个角度出发,首先对东北三省各省经济发展的差异性进行比较分析,其次基于不同空间尺度与不同产业将经济差异进行分解,进而对区域经济差异空间依赖性进行检验,最后基于空间计量分析法,探究东北三省经济增长差异的收敛性。经研究发现:(1)从东北三省区域经济差异的时间演变过程来看,2000-2014年无论是绝对差异还是相对差异均呈现不断扩大的趋势。(2)从东北三省区域经济差异的空间整体格局来看,区域总体差异呈现扩大趋势,区域间的差异较小,而区域内部的差异则是影响东北三省区域总体经济差异的主要体现。(3)从东北三省区域经济差异的空间细化格局来看,第二产业差异成为总体差异扩大的主要因素,但对总体差异的贡献度在逐年降低,而第三产业对总体差异的贡献程度在不断上升。(4)从东北三省区域经济差异的空间依赖性来看,经济发展水平在空间上呈现阶段性分异。在2000-2009年空间集聚在逐步增强,同时区域差异在不断扩大,而2009-2014年空间集聚与经济差异呈现反向发展态势,空间集聚形态呈现"U"型,而经济差异呈现倒"U"型。(5)从东北三省区域经济差异的收敛性检验来看,经济增长不存在绝对σ收敛趋势和绝对β收敛,但存在显著的条件β收敛,通过空间滞后模型和空间杜宾模型实证结果分析得出,东北三省区域经济增长在外生控制变量的影响下,工业化水平和人力资本的积累是导致地区间差距扩大的重要因素。而在影响地区收敛的空间因素中,对外开放程度和产业结构水平会对本地区经济发展造成挤出效应;而人力资本水平的发展具有较强的正向溢出效应。通过分析发现东北三省间竞争带来的负向效应要大于正向溢出效应,说明地区间的竞争和资源掠夺会造成区域经济差异的进一步扩大。最后,本文对如何促进东北三省区域协调发展提出相关政策建议。
[Abstract]:The imbalance of regional economic development, the difference and convergence of economic growth is one of the hot issues studied by economic geologists. The internal economic development is seriously unbalanced, thus hindering the improvement of its overall strength, The Northeast three provinces have become the short board of our country's economic development, and the "Northeast phenomenon" and "New Northeast phenomenon" have aroused widespread concern. Understanding the regional economic differences of the three Northeast provinces is the necessary prerequisite to promote the regional coordinated development of the three Northeast provinces. Therefore, the main goal of this paper is to explore the regional economic differences and their convergence of the three Northeast provinces. First, the differences of economic development in the three provinces of Northeast China are compared and analyzed. Secondly, the economic differences are decomposed based on different spatial scales and industries, and then the spatial dependence of regional economic differences is tested. Finally, based on the spatial metrological analysis, This paper explores the convergence of the economic growth differences of the three provinces in Northeast China. (1) from the perspective of the temporal evolution of the regional economic differences in the three provinces of Northeast China, there is an increasing trend of absolute or relative differences from 2000 to 2014) from the point of view of the time evolution of the regional economic differences of the three northeastern provinces. From the perspective of the overall spatial pattern of regional economic differences in the three northeastern provinces, The overall regional differences show an expanding trend, and the regional differences are small, while the intra-regional differences are the main embodiment of the regional economic differences of the three Northeast provinces) from the perspective of the spatial refinement pattern of the regional economic differences of the three Northeast provinces. The secondary industry difference becomes the main factor of the overall difference expansion, but the contribution degree to the overall difference is decreasing year by year, while the contribution degree of the tertiary industry to the overall difference is rising. 4) from the view of the spatial dependence of the regional economic difference of the three northeast provinces, From 2000 to 2009, the spatial agglomeration was gradually strengthened, while the regional differences were enlarged, while the spatial agglomeration and the economic difference showed a reverse development trend in 2009-2014, and the spatial agglomeration form presented the "U" pattern. From the convergence test of regional economic differences in three provinces of Northeast China, there is no absolute 蟽 convergence trend and absolute 尾 convergence in economic growth, but there are significant conditional 尾 convergence. Through the empirical analysis of spatial lag model and spatial Dobbin model, it is concluded that the regional economic growth of the three northeastern provinces is influenced by exogenous control variables. The industrialization level and the accumulation of human capital are the important factors leading to the widening of the regional gap, and among the spatial factors affecting the regional convergence, the degree of opening to the outside world and the level of industrial structure will cause the crowding out effect on the regional economic development. The development of human capital level has a strong positive spillover effect, and it is found that the negative effect of the competition among the three provinces in Northeast China is greater than that of the positive spillover effect. It shows that regional competition and resource plunder will lead to the further expansion of regional economic differences. Finally, this paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions on how to promote the coordinated development of the three Northeast provinces.
