小空间尺度区域视角的澳门世界旅游休闲中心发展研究

【摘要】：中小城市的空间尺度小,资源有限,提升城市功能必须依托、借助及利用其周边区域等外部资源。澳门的世界旅游休闲中心定位是顺应澳门特区政府推进经济适度多元化的产物,然而澳门作为一个微型经济体,面临旅游休闲资源匮乏、客源单一、辐射能力差和综合服务水平低等问题,推进世界旅游休闲中心建设困难重重。根据产业多元化理论,运用灰色关联分析法测度博彩业与相关旅游休闲的产业关联度。结果表明,小空间尺度区域视角的澳门,宜面向全球,依托大珠三角区域经济一体化,借力大珠三角及周边区域的旅游资源及产业资源,选择、发展优势行业以实现旅游休闲产业适度多元化;增强"澳-葡"旅游文化元素、强化旅游休闲文化资源凝聚力;在博彩业与会展业关系中增进会展业的产业带动效应,提升旅游文化服务功能,有效建设世界旅游休闲中心。
[Abstract]:Small and medium-sized cities have a small spatial scale and limited resources, so we must rely on to promote urban functions. The positioning of Macao's world tourism and leisure center is a product of the moderate diversification of the economy promoted by the Macao Special Administrative region government. However, as a tiny economy, Macao is faced with a lack of tourism and leisure resources. Problems such as single source of tourists, poor radiation capacity and low level of comprehensive services make it difficult to promote the construction of the world tourism and leisure center. According to the theory of industrial diversification, This paper uses grey relational analysis to measure the industrial correlation between gambling and tourism leisure. The results show that Macau with a small spatial scale regional perspective should face the whole world and rely on the regional economic integration of the Greater Pearl River Delta. With the help of the tourism resources and industrial resources of the Great Pearl River Delta and its surrounding areas, we should choose and develop advantageous industries in order to realize the moderate diversification of tourism and leisure industry, strengthen the cultural elements of "Australia and Portugal" tourism, and strengthen the cohesion of tourism leisure cultural resources. In the relationship between the gaming industry and the exhibition industry, the industrial driving effect of the convention and exhibition industry should be enhanced, the function of tourism cultural service should be enhanced, and the world tourism and leisure center should be built effectively.
