国际先进自贸区核心竞争力构成及其启示研究

【摘要】：发展自贸区是国家新一轮改革的重要战略措施。分析新时期国际先进自贸区发展的特点及趋势,构建先进自贸区的核心竞争力模型、指标体系,并以香港等自由港经济发展为例,分析先进自贸区核心竞争力的构成要素及作用机制,包括构建发达物流客运网络连通经济腹地与全球市场。以现代信息技术建立全球经济信息数据区域中心,基于市场经济秩序构建无障碍投资环境,以简单税制及低税率降低资本运行成本与资产保值风险,以专业服务为基础构建综合服务体系支撑主要经济功能,以优势经济要素资源构建多维功能性国际通道等方面。研究以国际先进自贸区的标准,分析上海自贸区发展的主要差距及挑战,提出优先发展的路径选择。
[Abstract]:The development of the FTA is an important strategic measures for a new round of reform of the state. The analysis of the characteristics and development trend of international advanced FTA in the new era, the core competence model, construct advanced FTA index system, taking Hongkong free port economic development as an example, the elements and mechanism analysis of advanced FTA core competitiveness, including the construction of connected economic hinterland with the global market developed logistics passenger transport network. Based on the international advanced standard of Shanghai since the FTA. The main gaps and challenges in the development of the trade zone and the path choice of priority development are put forward.
