三大因素制衡下的中国城镇化

【摘要】：城镇化是资源的重新布局,涉及的是区域经济和社会发展问题。从根本上说,城镇化的核心问题是实现资源的优化配置,最终实现人的城市化。为了趋利避害,解决好这一问题,走出一条具有中国特色的城镇化之路,在城镇化过程中应该研究政府、市场、社会三大因素,并处理好三者之间的关系,正确发挥它们的作用。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is the rearrangement of resources, which involves the development of regional economy and society. Fundamentally, the core problem of urbanization is to realize the optimal allocation of resources and ultimately realize the urbanization of human beings. In order to solve this problem, we should study the government, market and society in the process of urbanization, deal with the relationship between them and give full play to their functions.
