地方高校提升社会服务能力的路径探析

【摘要】：地方高校提升社会服务能力体现了高等教育发展的内在规律,是提升办学水平的必然选择,是区域经济社会发展的必然要求。当前,地方高校的社会服务普遍存在服务意识薄弱、渠道不畅、形式单一、质量不高等问题。提升地方高校的社会服务能力,地方政府应该做好法治保障、政策引导、经费支持等工作,高校应采取改革评价制度、提升科研水平、完善社会服务体制等举措。
[Abstract]:The promotion of social service ability of local colleges and universities reflects the inherent law of the development of higher education, is the inevitable choice to improve the level of running a school, and is an inevitable requirement for the development of regional economy and society. The social service of local colleges and universities generally has some problems, such as weak service consciousness, poor channels, single form, low quality, etc. To promote the social service ability of local colleges and universities, the local government should do a good job in ensuring the rule of law and guiding the policy. Therefore, colleges and universities should take measures such as reforming the evaluation system, improving the level of scientific research and perfecting the social service system.
