应用科技大学的研发与创新:欧洲经验

【摘要】：大学的第三项功能——通过研发、创新参与区域经济互动被越来越多的国家重视,对于这一功能,欧洲应用型科技大学展示出非凡的活力,其对于应用型知识的发现、传播与应用的本质使应用型科技大学得以与产业密切合作并逐渐成为欧洲各国创新体系的重要力量。研究从欧洲应用型科技大学研发与创新的参与意识、创新使命、经费筹措、研发路径以及专门评价体系几个方面展示欧洲应用型科技大学开展研发和创新活动的特点和趋势。讨论了欧洲经验对我国的启示,并对我国目前应用技术大学开展科研创新的实际情况进行了反思。
[Abstract]:The third function of a university-- through R & D, innovation and participation in regional economic interaction-is being valued by more and more countries. For this function, the European University of Applied Science and Technology has shown extraordinary vitality, its discovery of applied knowledge. The essence of dissemination and application makes it possible for applied science and technology universities to cooperate closely with industry and gradually become an important force in the innovation system of European countries. The research and development path and the special evaluation system show the characteristics and trends of the research and development and innovation activities carried out by the European applied science and technology universities. The enlightenment of the European experience to our country is discussed. It also reflects on the current situation of scientific research innovation in China's applied technology universities.
