【摘要】：正纵观世界,全球政治经济格局仍然处于大变革时期。世界经济复苏乏力,各国经济发展和对外贸易都面临着深层次调整,多边贸易谈判举步维艰,区域经济一体化协定层出不穷,围绕市场、资源、标准和规则的博弈日趋激烈。与此同时,"反全球化"思潮和"逆全球化"势力不断蔓延,贸易保护主义盛行。面对这一系列深层次的变化,国际社会改革和创新全球经济治理的呼声空前高涨,
[Abstract]:Throughout the world, the global political and economic pattern is still in a period of great change. The recovery of the world economy is weak, the economic development and foreign trade of all countries are facing deep adjustment, and multilateral trade negotiations are struggling. Regional economic integration agreements emerge in endlessly, and the game around markets, resources, standards and rules is becoming increasingly fierce. At the same time, the "anti-globalization" ideological trend and the "anti-globalization" forces are constantly spreading. Trade protectionism prevails. In the face of this series of profound changes, the international community's calls for reform and innovation in global economic governance are unprecedented.
