京津冀产业转移协作的前瞻

【摘要】："十三五"乃至未来一段时间将是京津冀产业转移协作深入推进的关键时期。客观分析京津冀产业转移协作的机遇与挑战,以及准确把握京津冀三地产业发展的趋势,可以为区域产业转移协作趋势判断提供坚实的基础。京津冀产业转移协作未来的趋势主要表现为北京非首都功能疏解的效应由强转弱、雄安新区成为区域产业转移协作的战略合作高地、市场化实践模式在更大范围推广应用、创新链协作更为明显、产业生态的移植与复制成为重点以及三地共同承接全球新兴产业和创新资源等六个方面。
[Abstract]:"13th Five-Year" and the next period of time will be crucial to further promote the Tianjin industrial transfer coordination. Objective analysis of Beijing Tianjin Hebei Industrial transfer opportunities and challenges of cooperation, and accurately grasp the trend of Beijing Tianjin Hebei three industrial development, for the regional industrial transfer collaboration trend judgment to provide a solid foundation. Tianjin industrial transfer collaboration the future trend of the main effect for ease Beijing's non capital function from strong to weak, xiongan District became the regional transfer of industry cooperation strategic cooperation heights, market-oriented mode of practice in the larger scope of application, innovation chain collaboration is more obvious, industrial ecology has become the focus of transplantation and replication and three common global emerging undertaking industry and innovation resources in six aspects.
