广东省中小产业集群创新能力及影响因素研究

【摘要】：集群创新是区域经济保持竞争优势和升级的战略选择，也是区域创新能力整合的后发优势。然而，集群创新是一个复杂、集成的创新网络系统，要使创新网络系统可视化，必须把集群创新网络系统的子系统进一步的优化。由于集群区域的社会协同要素是多元化的交互作用下发生协同影响的，因此，我们需要把集群创新的创新能力和创新影响因素的子网络系统做进一步的细化。面对广东省中小产业集群创新升级的局面，本文研究首先通过文献回顾的方法阐述了国内外研究产业集群创新能力及影响因素的进展情况，还展开了产业集群、产业集群创新能力、产业集群创新影响因素、内生型产业集群及集群创新的相关概念研究，还有就是对内生型产业集群的基本特征做了系统化梳理。文章主要是针对广东省专业镇创新效率进行评价，通过查阅广东统计年鉴2012、广东科技年鉴、中国火炬统计年鉴及广东省科学技术厅得到广东省专业镇的客观有效数据来进行实证分析，还对广东省多个专业镇发放了关于广东省专业镇创新能力及创新影响因素的调查问卷，并对收集来的主观数据进行了实证分析。文章选用DEA分析软件DEAP2.1进行客观数据处理，得出广东省20个地级市2009年专业镇科技创新投入产出效率情况，，计算出综合效率值、纯技术效率值和规模效率值，得出了为广东省20个地市科技创新投入产出效率评价得分。通过实证研究综合分析发现，规模效率不优造成了广东省专业镇科技创新综合效率不高，广东省专业镇科技创新综合效率不高的主要原因是规模效率不优，可能是由于科技资源投入浪费，或者资源利用率不高等内部影响因素导致了经营成本有逐渐变高的趋势，因而产出没有达到最优的状态。文章选用spss19.0统计软件对产业集群创新能力及影响因素的调查问卷数据做了实证分析，数据分析包括描述性分析、信度分析、主成分分析、Pearson相关分析、多元回归分析，最后得出了产业集群创新能力与创新影响因素的回归方程组。说明组织型因素、外部综合型与知识资本型因素、集群企业软因素与被解释变量集群创新综合能力集的线性关系是积极显著的，外部综合型与知识资本型因素、集群企业软因素与被解释变量集群创新管理能力集的关系是积极显著的。
[Abstract]:Cluster innovation is a strategic choice for regional economy to maintain competitive advantage and upgrade, and it is also a late-development advantage of regional innovation ability integration.However, the cluster innovation is a complex and integrated innovation network system. In order to visualize the innovation network system, the subsystem of the cluster innovation network system must be further optimized.Because the social synergy factor of cluster region is affected by the interaction of diversity, we need to further refine the innovation ability of cluster and the sub-network system of innovation influence factor.In the face of the situation of innovation and upgrading of small and medium-sized industrial clusters in Guangdong Province, this paper firstly expounds the progress of domestic and foreign research on the innovation ability and influencing factors of industrial clusters through the method of literature review, and also develops industrial clusters.The innovation ability of industrial cluster, the influencing factors of industrial cluster innovation, the related concepts of endogenous industrial cluster and cluster innovation, and the basic characteristics of endogenous industrial cluster are systematically combed out.This article is mainly aimed at the evaluation of the innovation efficiency of Guangdong specialized towns, and through consulting Guangdong Statistical Yearbook 2012, Guangdong Science and Technology Yearbook,The China Torch Statistical Yearbook and the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology obtained objective and effective data from specialized towns in Guangdong Province for empirical analysis.A questionnaire about innovation ability and influencing factors of professional towns in Guangdong province is given, and the subjective data collected are analyzed empirically.In this paper, DEA analysis software DEAP2.1 is used to process the objective data, and the input-output efficiency of science and technology innovation in 20 prefectural cities in Guangdong Province in 2009 is obtained. The comprehensive efficiency value, pure technical efficiency value and scale efficiency value are calculated.The evaluation scores for the input-output efficiency of scientific and technological innovation in 20 cities of Guangdong Province were obtained.Through the comprehensive analysis of empirical research, it is found that the scale efficiency is not good enough, and the main reason for the low comprehensive efficiency of Guangdong specialized town science and technology innovation is that the scale efficiency is not good.It may be that internal factors such as the waste of scientific and technological resources or the low utilization rate of resources lead to a trend of higher operating costs, so that the output does not reach the optimal state.This paper uses the spss19.0 statistical software to do the empirical analysis to the industrial cluster innovation ability and the influence factor questionnaire data, the data analysis includes descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, principal component analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis.Finally, the regression equations of innovation ability and innovation influencing factors of industrial clusters are obtained.It shows that the linear relationship between organizational factor, external comprehensive factor and knowledge capital factor, soft factor of cluster enterprise and the comprehensive ability set of explained variable cluster innovation is positive and significant, and the external comprehensive factor and knowledge capital type factor.The relationship between the soft factors and the cluster innovation management ability set of explained variables is positive and significant.
