Z银行重庆分行中期业务发展目标规划与实施对策研究

【摘要】:2011—2015年处于国内经济和社会发展的第十二个五年规划时期,次贷危机的“后遗症”尚未完全过去,国际贸易摩擦加剧、贸易保护主义抬头,国内经济金融市场开放程度提高,社会经济形势更加复杂多变,中国经济发展从“重量”向“重质”转变,以分配体制、财政税收体制、金融体制为代表的社会经济领域的许多方面都将面临重大变革,商业银行的生存环境会更加规范、成熟,但过去一些传统发展模式将受到挑战。中央“314”战略部署将重庆改革和发展推向高潮,作为西部大开发的桥头堡和西部唯一的直辖市,重庆兼具城乡统筹综合实验区、内陆开放高地、两江新区成立等一系列政策优势,重庆市经济将迎来前所未有的发展机遇和挑战,为商业银行整体业务发展创造了有利的条件,也形成了新挑战。 面对更加成熟的宏观环境和快速发展的区域经济,重庆的银行业需要更长期的发展策略,避免短期行为、突破传统思维,用更创新、更理性、更进取的方式来经营和发展。 本文作者曾就职于Z银行重庆分行计划财务部(2008年-2013年),主要从事财务管理等工作,立足自身工作内容,从专业角度对Z银行重庆分行的发展环境和发展现状进行分析,应用统计分析方法和SWOT分析法,对该行竞争环境、优劣势及其原因进行分析,并对中期发展策略提出建议。 论文共分四个部分: 第一部分对银行所在的区域经济环境发展趋势,市场需求状况和政策影响等市场环境进行分析。 第二部分运用SWOT分析法分析了Z银行重庆分行发展现状,客观分析该银行在现有市场条件下所存在的优势和劣势,所面临的发展机遇和市场威胁。 第三部分立足于市场环境和发展优劣势分析,提出Z银行重庆分行的中期发展目标,主要涵盖其总体经营目标、发展重点及规划目标。 第四部分根据前面部分的研究,提出Z银行重庆分行中期发展的指导思想及总体策略,主要涵盖业务发展及推动、组织管理、风险管理、计划财务、人力资源、IT建设、内控管理、品牌建设、企业文化、公共关系等。 2011-2015年将是中国经济发展历史中的特殊五年,“十二五”的经济发展规划将建立在世界经济、尤其是世界金融秩序受到次贷危机沉重打击的基础上,建立在各国央行制造出的空前泛滥流动性的基础上,建立在中国20年高速发展经验教训深刻反思的基础上,国内经济金融环境将受到政策重心调整的较大影响;2011-2015年又是国际经济秩序重建的五年,是中国经济市场化、规范化、法制化进程加速的五年,是民营经济和私人资本受到真正正视和扶持的五年。中国商业银行历经10年的高速发展之后将面临重要的关口,同质化的发展模式受到挑战,因此回顾、总结、分析,并在此基础上拟定新的目标和策略就显得尤为重要。未来五年有将是重庆经济提速发展的五年,当地银行面临巨大的发展机遇,对当地银行中长期发展策略的研究具有以下几个方面的意义: 1、本文对Z银行所处的市场环境、经营现状、竞争对手、存在问题以及形成问题的原因进行详细分析,对当地金融市场发展速度、未来银行产品发展趋势进行预测,据此提出Z银行中期发展目标和策略建议,对Z银行未来工作方针具有现实、重要的指导意义。 2、这五年是国内主要商业银行经营战略和策略的调整期,本文对市场、政策、商业银行发展趋势的研究和分析具有一定参考价值。 3、这五年是重庆当地银行面临巨大发展机遇的五年,也是当地金融业态不断丰富、同业竞争日益激烈的五年,本文对于重庆当地经济金融环境和变化趋势,以及商业银行策略选择的研究和分析对于当地银行探索差异化经营道路具有一定参考价值。
[Abstract]:In the 12th five - year planning period of the domestic economic and social development in 2011 - 2015 , the " sequelae " of the sub - loan crisis has not been completely in the past , the international trade friction is intensified , the trade protectionism is rising , the domestic economic financial market is open to a higher degree , the social and economic situation is more complex and changeable , the economic development of China is changing from " weight " to " heavy quality " , the economic development of the Chinese commercial bank will be more normative and mature , but in the past some traditional development models will be challenged . The central " 314 " strategic deployment will usher in an unprecedented development opportunity and challenge , creating favorable conditions for the overall business development of commercial banks and creating new challenges .

In the face of more mature macro - environment and rapid development of regional economy , Chongqing ' s banking industry needs more long - term development strategy , avoid short - term behavior , break through traditional thinking , use more innovative , more rational and more advanced way to manage and develop .

The author has worked in the finance department of Chongqing Branch of Z Bank ( 2008 - 2013 ) , mainly engaged in financial management and so on , based on its own work content , analyzed the development environment and development status quo of Z - bank Chongqing Branch from the professional angle , analyzed the competitive environment , advantages and disadvantages and causes of the bank from the professional angle , and put forward suggestions on the medium - term development strategy .

The thesis is divided into four parts :

The first part analyzes the development trend , market demand and policy influence of the bank ' s regional economic environment .

In the second part , SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the status quo of the development of Chongqing Branch of Z Bank , and objectively analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the Bank in the existing market conditions and the development opportunities and market threats .

The third part is based on the analysis of market environment and development advantages and disadvantages , and proposes the mid - term development goal of Z Bank Chongqing Branch , which mainly covers its overall business objectives , development priorities and planning objectives .

The fourth part , according to the previous research , puts forward the guiding ideology and overall strategy of the mid - term development of Z Bank Chongqing Branch , which mainly covers business development and promotion , organization management , risk management , plan finance , human resources , IT construction , internal control management , brand construction , enterprise culture , public relations , etc .

In 2011 - 2015 , it will be the special five years in the history of China ' s economic development , and the economic development plan of the 12th Five - Year Plan will be built on the foundation of the world economy , especially the world financial order , which has been hit by the subprime crisis .
The five years of the reconstruction of the international economic order in 2011 - 2015 are the five years accelerated by the marketization , standardization and legalization of China ' s economy . It is the five years that the private economy and private capital are truly positive and supportive . After 10 years of high - speed development , China ' s commercial banks will face an important juncture and the same - quality development model is challenged . In the next five years , it will be the five - year development of Chongqing ' s economy , and the local banks face enormous opportunities for development . The research on the long - term development strategy of local banks has the following significance :

1 . The paper analyzes the market environment , the current situation , the competitors , the problems and the reasons of the formation of the Z - bank , forecasts the development speed of the local financial market and the development trend of the future banking products , and puts forward the objective and strategy suggestion of the mid - term development of Z - bank , which has realistic and important guiding significance for the future work of Z - bank .

2 . The five - year period is the adjustment period of the operation strategy and strategy of the major commercial banks in China . This paper has some reference value to the research and analysis of the market , policy and commercial banks ' development trend .

3 . The five years are the five years of the great development opportunity faced by local banks in Chongqing . It is also the five years that the local financial industry is constantly enriched and the competition of the same industry is increasingly fierce . In this paper , the research and analysis of the local economic and financial environment and changing trend in Chongqing , as well as the research and analysis of the strategy choice of commercial banks , is of reference value to the exploration of differentiated management road by local banks .
