京港澳高速公路许昌北互通立交工程可行性研究

【摘要】:许昌北互通式立交位于许昌市北区,里程全长1.7公里,由京珠国道主干线郑州至漯河高速公路改扩建工程项目部负责建设,总投资1.045亿元。许昌地处中原腹地,是全省乃至全国重要的粮食、烟叶、棉花生产基地,近年来经济取得了较快的增长。根据许昌市正在实施的许昌县新城区规划,以许昌市北区为终端的交通流量预计将以较快速度增长。目前许昌上下京珠高速的出入口有市区南部的许昌东站以及中部的许昌站,而许昌市北区的交通源需绕到市区中部的许昌站,这在很大程度上增加了许昌站及市区道路的交通压力。因此,为了尽快完善区域路网,优化市区交通布局,促进区域经济,特别是许昌县新城区的发展,许昌北互通式立交的建设已变得十分必要。 本文作者是京珠国道主干线郑州至漯河高速公路改扩建工程项目部的员工2009年作为许昌北互通立交工程项目组主要负责人,负责组织开展项目的工程可行性研究工作。首先对项目所在区域的地形地貌、社会经济发展状况、公路现状、旅游规划等进行了充分的调查研究,查阅了大量的基础资料;对项目建设的必要性、现状及发展环境评价、交通运输的现状、工程方案等进行了系统的调查和分析;对立交与现有路网布局的衔接、构造物分布、沿线构造物的分布情况进行了现场踏勘和调查研究。在开展工作期间与当地政府及交通部门进行了充分沟通,听取了他们的意见和建议,对立交方案进行了全面的研究、分析、优化。通过全面了解项目所在地的社会经济发展现状和发展规划,分析项目实施对所在地社会经济发展的影响,结合现有通道交通量的发展水平,利用四阶段法进行了交通量分析预测,并拟定了方案。 本文也对施工期间的交通组织问题、互通形式及交叉点问题以及土源问题进行了研究,并针对每个问题提出了合理的建议。
[Abstract]:Xuchang North Interchange is located in the northern part of Xuchang with a total mileage of 1.7km. The project department is responsible for the construction of Zhengzhou to Luohe Expressway extension Project, the main line of Beijing-Zhuhai National Highway, with a total investment of 104.5 million yuan.Xuchang, located in the hinterland of the Central Plains, is an important production base for grain, tobacco and cotton in the whole province and even in the whole country.According to the new urban planning of Xuchang County, which is being implemented in Xuchang City, the traffic flow in the north district of Xuchang City is expected to increase at a faster speed.At present, the entrances and exits of Xuchang Upper and Lower Jingzhu Expressway include the Xuchang East Station in the southern part of the city and the Xuchang Station in the central part of the city. The traffic sources in the northern part of Xuchang City need to go around the Xuchang Station in the central part of the city.This to a large extent increased the traffic pressure of Xuchang Station and urban roads.Therefore, in order to improve the regional road network as soon as possible, optimize the urban traffic layout and promote the regional economy, especially the development of the new urban area of Xuchang County, the construction of Xuchang North Interchange has become very necessary.The author of this paper is the staff of Zhengzhou-Luohe Expressway Reconstruction and extension Project Department of Beijing-Zhuhai National Highway in 2009 as the main person in charge of the project team of Xuchang North Interchange Interchange Project and is responsible for organizing and carrying out the project feasibility study.First of all, the terrain and geomorphology, social and economic development, highway status, tourism planning and so on in the area where the project is located are fully investigated and studied, and a large number of basic materials are consulted, and the necessity of the project construction, the present situation and the evaluation of the development environment are also discussed.The present situation of traffic and transportation, the project scheme and so on are systematically investigated and analyzed, and the field investigation and research on the connection of the interchange and the existing network layout, the distribution of the structure and the distribution of the structures along the route are carried out.During the course of the work, the author made full communication with the local government and the transportation department, listened to their opinions and suggestions, and made a comprehensive study, analysis and optimization of the interchange scheme.Through a comprehensive understanding of the current social and economic development situation and development plan of the project site, the impact of the project implementation on the local social and economic development is analyzed, and the development level of the existing channel traffic volume is combined.The four-stage method is used to analyze and forecast the traffic volume, and the scheme is drawn up.In this paper, the problems of traffic organization, interworking form and intersection point and soil source during construction are also studied, and some reasonable suggestions are put forward for each problem.
