城乡区域协调发展度的测度与评价

【摘要】：文章利用主成分分析法测度全国以及31个省(市、自治区)的城乡协调度,并与2005年城乡协调程度进行对比后发现,我国东部地区城乡协调程度一直领先于中西部地区,中部地区协调程度有所下降,西部地区协调程度逐渐上升。为了促进经济增长,必须提高城镇化程度,推动户籍改革,将政府的宏观调控和市场经济的基础作用相结合,重视"增长极"对区域经济发展的牵引作用,更好地促进我国城乡的协调发展。
[Abstract]:This paper uses principal component analysis method to measure the degree of urban-rural coordination in the whole country and 31 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions). After comparing with the degree of urban-rural coordination in 2005, it is found that the degree of urban-rural coordination in eastern China has always been ahead of that in the central and western regions. The degree of coordination in the central region has decreased, while the level of coordination in the western region has gradually increased. In order to promote economic growth, it is necessary to improve the degree of urbanization, promote the reform of household registration, combine the macro-control of the government with the basic role of market economy, and attach importance to the traction of "growth pole" to the development of regional economy. Better promote the coordinated development of China's urban and rural areas.
