京津冀区域工资差距与影响因素研究

【摘要】:区域和城市发展问题关系到我国经济社会发展的大局,城市圈和一体化是我国经济未来发展的主题,"十二五"计划中将京津冀一体化上升为国家战略,"十三五"期间更是将其列为了主要工作之一,京津冀区域经济的持续增长和其独特的地理位置,使得国家对其越发重视。推进京津冀一体化已经成为这一地区经济社会快速协调发展的内在要求,而在当前经济社会转型和构建社会主义和谐社会的大背景下,区域内城市间的工资差距可能会取代原有的区域间差距和城乡差距,成为一个不可忽视的重要问题。从全国来看,京津冀区域的经济协调发展状况远落后于珠江三角洲和长江三角洲地区,且京津冀工资差距的存在又会进一步影响甚至阻碍区域经济的协调发展,因而分析京津冀工资差距的现状,探寻影响京津冀三地间工资差距的影响因素,有针对地采取有效措施减少差距是京津冀一体化区域经济协调发展和构建社会主义和谐社会的必经之路。本文采用定性和定量研究相结合的方法,深入剖析京津冀工资差距现状,建立面板数据模型进行影响因素分析,研究发现产业结构、受教育水平、对外贸易等因素对工资影响显著,其中产业结构影响最大。本文在此基础上提出京津冀区域工资差距的对策建议,促进京津冀区域经济协调发展,更好地实现区域一体化。
[Abstract]:The problems of regional and urban development are related to the overall situation of China's economic and social development. The city circle and integration is the theme of our country's economic development in the future. In the 12th Five-Year Plan, the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei has been promoted as a national strategy, and it has been listed as one of the main tasks during the 13th Five-Year Plan. The sustained economic growth of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and its unique geographical location make the country pay more attention to it. Promoting the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei has become an inherent requirement for the rapid and coordinated development of the regional economy and society. Under the background of the current economic and social transformation and the construction of a harmonious socialist society, The wage gap between the cities in the region may replace the original regional and urban-rural disparities, which is an important issue that can not be ignored. Nationally, the coordinated economic development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region lags far behind that of the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta, and the existence of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei wage gap will further affect or even hinder the coordinated development of the regional economy. Therefore, this paper analyzes the current situation of the wage gap between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and explores the influential factors that affect the wage gap among the three places of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. It is necessary to take effective measures to reduce the gap between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei in order to coordinate the development of regional economy and build a harmonious socialist society. In this paper, qualitative and quantitative methods are used to deeply analyze the current situation of wage gap between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and to establish panel data model to analyze the influencing factors, and to find out the industrial structure and the level of education. Foreign trade and other factors have a significant impact on wages, among which the industrial structure has the greatest impact. On this basis, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the wage gap in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, promotes the coordinated development of the regional economy of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and realizes the regional integration better.
