基于动态空间模型的中国临空经济区与腹地区域经济关系研究

【摘要】：基于中国2001-2014年45个临空经济区的面板数据,利用格兰杰因果检验和动态空间计量等实证分析方法,对全国及中心型、骨干型和起步型三种不同类型的临空经济区与腹地区域发展关系进行了实证分析,研究发现:腹地区域经济发展对临空经济区机场客货吞吐量增长起支撑作用,但临空经济区对腹地区域经济增长的影响较小,且其影响集中在旅客吞吐量上;不同级别临空经济区对腹地区域发展的影响作用不同,以北京等一线城市为代表的中心型临空经济区对其影响最大,并呈现平稳增长趋势;以郑州等二线省会城市为代表的骨干型临空经济区对其影响相对较弱,但呈现加速增长趋势;以兰州等三线城市为代表的起步型临空经济区对其影响不明显,增长速度也较缓慢。发展临空经济应该:把握腹地发展定位及临空经济区发展阶段,合理规划优势产业;提升临空经济区发展软环境,构建现代产业体系;增进临空经济区与腹地区域融合,推动空港城市不断发展;创新体制机制,为临空经济区特色化发展注入活力。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of 45 air-front economic zones in China from 2001 to 2014, using Granger causality test and dynamic spatial measurement, the paper analyzes the national and central economic zones. The paper makes an empirical analysis of the relationship between the three different types of air-front economic zone and hinterland development, and finds that the hinterland regional economic development plays a supporting role in the airport passenger and cargo throughput growth in the air-front economic zone. However, the impact of the airport economic zone on the economic growth of the hinterland region is relatively small, and its impact is concentrated on the passenger throughput, and the influence of different levels of the air front economic zone on the development of the hinterland region is different. The central air-front economic zone, represented by Beijing and other first-tier cities, has the greatest influence on it and shows a steady growth trend, while the backbone air-front economic zone, represented by Zhengzhou and other provincial capitals, has a relatively weak impact on it. But it shows a trend of accelerating growth, and the impact of the initial air-front economic zone, such as Lanzhou and other third-tier cities, on it is not obvious, and the growth rate is also relatively slow. To develop the air-front economy, we should grasp the position of the hinterland development and the stage of the development of the air-front economic zone, rationally plan the superior industries, enhance the soft environment of the development of the air-front economic zone, construct the modern industrial system, and enhance the integration of the air-front economic zone and the hinterland. Promote the continuous development of the airport city and innovate the system and mechanism to inject vitality into the special development of the air-front economic zone.
