【摘要】：农业一直以来都是我国的支柱产业。农业现代化的程度也决定了我国现代化的发展水平，同时，“三农”问题是我国实现农业现代化的关键问题。因此，如何解决“三农问题”，是目前我国农业工作的重点。但相比较其他产业来说，农业也是一个相对弱势的产业，如何改变农业的弱质性地位，如何使我国农村经济高速健康的发展也是当前我国首要考虑的问题。农业产业化的出现为这些问题的解决提供了一个有效的途径，所以在市场经济的大背景下，调整农业经济结构，推动农业产业化快速发展代表了我国新形势下农业发展的大方向。黑龙江省作为全国农业大省，农业发展状况很大程度的影响了全省经济的稳定与发展。黑龙江856农场地处三江平原，地理位置优越，农业资源十分丰富，但同时农民靠天吃饭的惯性思维也限制了当地农业经济的发展。856农场如何把现有农业资源转化为其经济发展的有利条件，，进而推动农场区域经济的快速发展成为其面临的重要课题。产业化、农业产业化一直是近些年来学术界研究的热点问题，但包括856黑龙江856农场在内的一些国营农场很少被列为研究对象。综上所述，本文展开对黑龙江省856农场农业产业化发展的研究。本文主要做了以下几个方面的工作：（1）论述了研究农业产业化的理论与实践意义，国内外农业产业化发展的历程以及农业产业化相关的理论基础；（2）采用了比较分析法，学习研究了国内外关于农业产业化的相关理论和研究成果，通过文献查阅法并辅以实地考察法获取了丰富的、生动的第一手资料，综合运用所得资料，以实证辅以理论对黑龙江856农场农业产业化发展问题加以研究；（3）通过以上分析研究，总结了856农场在农业产业化发展过程中存在的主要问题，并剖析问题产生的根本原因；（4）结合查阅的相关文献和实地考察所得的实际资料数据，以黑龙江省856农场自身的实际条件为基础，总结与归纳出几点对策与建议，为黑龙江省856农场农业产业化的发展提供一条可行的道路。
[Abstract]:Agriculture has always been the pillar industry of our country. The degree of agricultural modernization also determines the development level of our country's modernization, at the same time, the "three agricultural" problem is the key problem to realize the agricultural modernization in our country. Therefore, how to solve the "three rural issues" is the focus of agricultural work in China. However, compared with other industries, agriculture is also a relatively weak industry, how to change the weak position of agriculture, how to make the rapid and healthy development of rural economy in our country is also the primary consideration. The emergence of agricultural industrialization provides an effective way to solve these problems. Therefore, under the background of the market economy, we should adjust the agricultural economic structure. Promoting the rapid development of agricultural industrialization represents the general direction of agricultural development under the new situation of our country. As a big agricultural province in China, Heilongjiang Province has greatly affected the economic stability and development of the province. Heilongjiang 856 Farm is located in Sanjiang Plain, has a superior geographical position, and is rich in agricultural resources. However, at the same time, farmers' habitual thinking of relying on heaven to feed themselves has also restricted the development of the local agricultural economy. 856 farms have also restricted how existing agricultural resources can be converted into favorable conditions for their economic development. Therefore, to promote the rapid development of farm regional economy has become an important subject it faces. Industrialization, agricultural industrialization has been a hot topic in academic research in recent years, but some state-owned farms, including 856 Heilongjiang 856 farm, are rarely listed as research objects. To sum up, this paper studies the agricultural industrialization of 856 farms in Heilongjiang province. This paper mainly does the following work: 1) discusses the theoretical and practical significance of studying agricultural industrialization, the development process of agricultural industrialization at home and abroad, and the theoretical basis of agricultural industrialization. Learning and studying the relevant theories and research results of agricultural industrialization at home and abroad, obtaining rich and vivid first-hand information through literature review and field investigation, and synthetically using the obtained data, Through the above analysis and research, this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the agricultural industrialization development of 856 farm in Heilongjiang province. The fundamental cause of the problem is analyzed. (4) based on the actual conditions of 856 farm in Heilongjiang Province, some countermeasures and suggestions are summarized and summarized in combination with the relevant literature and the actual data obtained from the field investigation. It provides a feasible way for the development of agricultural industrialization of 856 farms in Heilongjiang Province.
