城乡统筹背景下重庆市商品住宅市场发展前景研究

【摘要】:随着重庆市"两孩政策"的落地,在房地产商品成本增长,重庆市城镇人口增加,重庆市城镇职工工资、可支配收入增加,重庆市住宅审批用地、商品房市场供应逐年增加的背景下,以及消费者从"持币观望"到"买涨不买跌"等心理因素的叠加和"去库存"的市场影响下,重庆市商品住房市场(以下简称楼市)正在经历着结构性调整。
[Abstract]:With the landing of the "two child policy" in Chongqing, the increase in the cost of real estate commodities, the increase in urban population in Chongqing, the increase in the wage of urban workers in Chongqing City, the increase in the disposable income, the increase of the housing approval land in Chongqing, the increase of the market supply of commercial housing year by year, and the superposition of the psychological factors of the consumers from "holding the coin" to "buying the rise and not buying and falling". Under the influence of "going stock" market, the commodity housing market in Chongqing (hereinafter referred to as the property market) is undergoing structural adjustment.
