【摘要】：产业集群是当代世界经济的一个重要现象。产业集群是一种能有效促进区域经济增长的发展模式，己经成为经济结构高级化进程中的普遍现象。当前，产业集群已经成为国家和区域经济发展的重要驱动力量。经过多年的发展，我国产业集群发展己经积累了大量的经验，在很多地区成为了地方经济新的增长点。因此，我国越来越多的地区希望借助产业集群来发展区域经济。对于产业集群在国家和区域经济发展中的作用，以及产业集群竞争优势的内在形成机理，国内外的专家学者已经进行了大量的研究。但对于国内外产业集群的比较研究仍较为欠缺。论文依据产业集群发展的基本理论，综合概括国内外学者的研究成果，对产业集群内涵、分类及层次进行分析，，并主要参考波特的产业集群及竞争力发展理论对其影响因素进行深入分析，并对我国家电产业集群概念含义及分布情况概述；深入分析我国家电产业集群形成、发展与现状情况，并运用区位商分析方法选取四个经济指标对我国三大家电产业集群进行定量客观分析，深入具体地阐明目前我国三大家电产业集群发展情况，结果显示：广东顺德地区家电产业集群综合实力较强，占有较大的竞争优势；其次是山东青岛地区的家电集群，近年来由于其不能很好的适应我国市场经济的发展要求和速度发展相对迟缓；最弱的是浙江慈溪家电集群，由于其起步较晚，规模较小、企业体制等等因素，竞争力较差，但是其发展速度较快。根据前述理论研究及我国家电产业集群现状的例证分析以及区位商的实证比较分析结果，并主要参照波特“钻石模型”因素理论提取出影响我国家电产业集群发展及其差异的因素；最后通过前文的发展现状和实证结果分析，并结合产业集群影响因素理论和我国家电产业集群发展特色因素找出我国家电产业集群发展中存在的问题和不足，分别针对三大典型传统家电产业集群提出对策建议，从而促进各自集群竞争力的提升。论文最终研究目的意义是根据典型代表性产业集群发展情况深入分析，总结出我国家电产业集群现阶段发展中存在的问题和缺陷，以点代面就如何提升我国家电产业集群竞争力，从而实现我国家电产业集群发展、转型、升级并走向国际化道路，进而为提高其区域竞争力和国际竞争力等提供借鉴意见。
[Abstract]:Industrial cluster is an important phenomenon of contemporary world economy. Industrial cluster is a kind of development mode which can effectively promote regional economic growth. It has become a common phenomenon in the process of economic structure upgrading. At present, industrial cluster has become an important driving force of national and regional economic development. After years of development, the development of industrial clusters in China has accumulated a lot of experience, and has become a new growth point of local economy in many areas. Therefore, more and more regions in China hope to develop regional economy by means of industrial clusters. For the role of industrial cluster in the development of national and regional economy, as well as the inherent formation mechanism of industrial cluster competitive advantage, experts and scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research. However, the comparative study of industrial clusters at home and abroad is still lacking. Based on the basic theory of industrial cluster development, this paper summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars, and analyzes the connotation, classification and level of industrial cluster. And mainly referring to Porter's theory of industrial cluster and competitive development, this paper makes a deep analysis of the influencing factors, and summarizes the concept and distribution of China's household appliance industrial cluster, and deeply analyzes the formation of China's household electrical appliance industrial cluster. The development and current situation of the three major household electrical appliances industrial clusters in China are analyzed quantitatively and objectively by using the method of location quotient analysis, and the development situation of the three major household electrical appliances industrial clusters in China is expounded in depth and concretely. The results show that the comprehensive strength of electrical appliance industry cluster in Shunde area of Guangdong Province is relatively strong, and it occupies a large competitive advantage, followed by home appliance cluster in Qingdao area of Shandong Province. In recent years, due to its inability to adapt to the requirements of the development of our market economy and the relatively slow development of the speed, the weakest is the Zhejiang Cixi Household Appliance Cluster, which is less competitive because of its late start, smaller scale, enterprise system, and other factors. But its development speed is relatively fast. According to the above theoretical research, the empirical analysis of the current situation of China's household appliances industry cluster and the results of the empirical comparative analysis of location quotient, And mainly referring to Porter's "Diamond Model" factor theory to extract the factors that affect the development and differences of China's household electrical appliances industry cluster; finally, through the previous development status and empirical results analysis, Combined with the theory of the influencing factors of industrial cluster and the characteristic factors of the development of China's household electrical appliances industrial cluster, the problems and shortcomings in the development of China's household electrical appliances industrial cluster are found out, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the three typical traditional household electrical appliance industrial clusters. So as to promote the competitiveness of their respective clusters. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the development of typical representative industrial clusters and summarize the problems and defects in the current development of China's household electrical appliances industrial clusters. From the point of view of how to improve the competitiveness of China's household appliances industry cluster, thus realizing the development, transformation, upgrading and internationalization of the industrial cluster of China's home appliances industry, thus providing reference for improving its regional and international competitiveness.
