新常态下旅游职业院校科研服务区域行业发展的路径探究

【摘要】：从高职院校科学研究对区域行业发展的作用出发,针对高职院校科研服务行业发展中存在的科学研究定位不明确、产学研合作效率低、社会服务机制不完善、重教学轻科研现象突出等问题,着重探讨高职院校提高科研服务水平、构建旅游智库,强化科研服务导向、改进管理体制,实施产学研发展、建立职教集团,加强科研团队建设、培养旅游人才,开拓科研活动载体、提升创新能力,不断提高服务区域经济发展的能力。
[Abstract]:Based on the function of scientific research in higher vocational colleges to the development of regional industry, the scientific research orientation in the development of scientific research service industry in higher vocational colleges is not clear, the cooperation efficiency of industry, college and research is low, and the social service mechanism is not perfect. This paper focuses on the problems of emphasizing on teaching and neglecting scientific research, focusing on improving the level of scientific research service in higher vocational colleges, constructing tourism think tanks, strengthening the guidance of scientific research services, improving the management system, implementing the development of production, learning and research, and establishing vocational education groups. Strengthen the construction of scientific research team, train tourism talents, open up scientific research activity carrier, promote innovation ability, and continuously improve the ability of serving regional economic development.
