【摘要】：湾区经济既是拉动区域经济的强大引擎,也是一国竞争实力的豪华名片。全球著名的三大湾区即纽约湾区、旧金山湾区和东京湾区不仅地理位置优越和排列着强大港口群与都市群,而且具有健全的创新体系与高效的交通系统以及完善的分工协作治理机制。作为世界湾区的"第四极",粤港澳大湾区具有得天独厚的自然生态与产业厚度,同时面向广袤腹地可以释放聚集外溢效应,在学习国际著名湾区经济成功经验的同时,更应注重彰显中国特色。
[Abstract]:Bay area economy is not only the powerful engine of regional economy, but also the luxury card of a country's competitive power. The three famous Bay areas in the world, the Bay area of New York, the Bay area of San Francisco and the Bay area of Tokyo, are not only geographically superior and are lined with powerful port and metropolitan groups. And has the perfect innovation system and the high-efficiency transportation system as well as the perfect division of labor cooperation management mechanism. As the "fourth pole" of the world's Bay area, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area has a unique natural ecological and industrial thickness. At the same time, facing the vast hinterland, it can release the accumulation spillover effect and learn from the successful economic experience of the international famous Bay area. More attention should be paid to highlight Chinese characteristics.
